    Cubchoo/Beartic can make a big difference (Especially for garchomp....) It did for me. I'd say bench 1 of Noivern/Dedenne. (Noivern cause it's Flimsier, Dedenne cause it's just not that good) You have access to every pokemon pretty much, Pick 2-4 of them go to the grand hall and grind em up and see what works 1. Squirtle (see the location guide) and grinding it into a blastoise, You need a tank and he's a very good one with a type advantage for blake. 2. Beartic obviously. 3. Ampharos/Mareep. 4. Metagross.

    If you want something to hold you over until ep 16, Try Rejuvenation or Desolation.

    I'd suggest a fairy. if you haven't evolved eevee, Sylveon would do wonderfully. if you have, An ice type like Lapras would be a nice supporting member. Your team is good on paper, but I don't know it's movesets IVs etc. So I can only guess.

    How tf- I was gonna ask how you got a charizard but realized overleved and came back down I'm stupid sometimes. You can get growlithe before corey btw. Good luck on beating Corey, don't let him swim in concrete.

    \_(o.o)_/ I'd imagine they'd each have a specific group of pokemon they'd stick to. I have no clue what though because I can't build a team to save my Psyduck. R.I.P Psydave.

    That steelix is the reason I choose squirtle every time, You just need a tank sometimes. Orrrr lots of fire pokemon (not counting heatmor because he's blegh) Arcanine or Flareon fills that role, Arcanine outspeeds EVERYTHING later on though. (Save for...well you'll see) Getting a Vaporeon fills the water pokemon role since Floatzel is meh, As someone suggested above, Poliwrath is a boss. You're gonna need an electric type soon as well, Ampharos is your best bet (Evolves from mareep) p.s love the avatar xD.

    I'd wonder why the game gave me horribly designed starters, Balanced or not no one uses 1/3 of those types. If you could change one thing in history but were guaranteed your existence would be unaffected in a major way, What would you change?
