"Speak for yourself, miss!" Zoren scoffs at Exorcia's remark. "And besides, introductions can be done anywhere, anytime, and at different degrees. I'm sure that no one here can be described in just a few sentences out of the blue." "As for hostility, you're definitely the biggest offender. You can't just 'test' people by bashing their preferences, and use it as an excuse for your attitude!" his voice grew louder and louder. "That's just, wrong!"

Pokemon in Space [IC Chapter #03]
IntSys replied to Bfroger6's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
"They're fine. They're just unconscious." Emmanuel told Radovan. "Somebody take them to the quarters. We'll have to find the Sableye. They'd probably hide in dark places, so there are only so many places to look." "Surely you guys have spotted at least a cave on your way here, right?" -

Emmanuel had been observing quietly. The state of the employees were upsetting, but he held it within his heart. He held the employees' wrists up to his ears and checked for pulses. -
Probably Mega Charizard-Y. Drought ruins her team.

You see, we shouldn't tackle the Blackthawne Beast right now. That'd mean splitting the loots with a hunting party, and that's LAME. >>>>>>>>The Deadly and mysterious "Adder": the only poisonous snake in the entire forest that isn't gigantic or able to melt through armor with its spit. Unsurprisingly hard to find these days, but Adder carcasses can fetch a pretty decent price, for some odd reason rich people really love to eat them....you're not sure why.

"I'm majoring in History," Zoren answers, "nice stuff. It'd help me a lot in the long run." He turns to the rest of the group and tries to match his grin with William's, but he realizes how ridiculous it is halfway through and decides to settle with a light smile. "I'm Lin Zoren. While I usually take a human form, I'm actually a sea dragon. As for pronouns... well, it should be obvious with me taking such form. Use 'he', thanks." "Oh right, if you ever find the weather to be less than ideal, hit me up and I'll see what I can do," he added with a smirk.

>>>>>>>Poaching! While some may find that this job is less inherently evil, a Druid would probably disagree with that statement, just before turning themselves into a dire bear and eating the one making the statement. My point is that since this job does not involve actively trying to kick society and the entire concept of 'good' and 'honest' work in the nadgers, people will probably not want to try and hunt you down for sport/profit. Granted signing on for this job will increase your chances of getting eaten by a Mega Death Hyper Eagle, but the money you might make if you survive will be worth it. And you'd also get some sick monster loots while you're at it, so it's even better!

>>>>>>Axe: it's a rather heavy old thing with a wickedly sharp edge. Kind of hard to use properly in a battle, but it can be quite devastating if you are strong enough to not get all tuckered out after the first swing. Rather unfortunately people will assume that you are either a lumberjack, or somebody who goes around saying "Bar bar bar" all of the time. Oh, and you get to put it at the end of your bridge-inside-a-castle so the inevitable hero comes and cuts down the bridge with it.

Taiwan: All kinds of exotic food right around the corner. From the Japanese Sushi Express and the Korean teppanyaki, to the American Fridays and the Irish 'Ireland's Potato', the Thai 'Thai Town Cuisine' and many other Mainland Chinese dishes. I'm truly blessed to be born in a place with so many food to try out. Healthcare. When I see news of unfortunate Taiwanese mothers accidentally giving birth overseas and having to pay ten thousand NTDs per day to the local hospital, I think about how cheap everything medically-related seems to be in Taiwan. Hell, I even get to have free dental scaling every half an year. While there are quite a lot of elderly people abusing the healthcare to get a bunch of medicines, I think for the most part it's pretty good. Rains a lot. At least, in the north. I just love rainy days, okay? The Metro system. Let me tell ya, our Metro is one of the cleanest on Earth, all thanks to the magical yellow lines that say 'No Food or Drinks beyond the Yellow Line'. It also allows me to get to my school in about 40 minutes, where a car ride would take an hour or more. The next generation of adults look incredibly promising, being active in politics. They might just be able to push aside the political houses that have dominated the political scene for decades. That's about it. Taiwan has a lot of nasty problems deeply-rooted within its core, but hey, we (at least, you) don't need to care about that.

If You Could Make Your Own Mega Pokemon... (7th-Gen Update)
IntSys replied to Lord Chespin's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
@Lord Chespin I mostly went for Ground/Flying so it fits the theme better. Ground/Flying also allowed it to keep its Ground immunity from Levitate. I can see Ground/Fairy working, though. Mega Regirock Type: Rock Ability: Remedy (Restores 1/8 HP at the end of each turn. Absorbs Stealth Rock (both the hazard and the move) and heals for 1/8 HP.) HP: 80 Atk: 100 -> 130 (+30) Def: 200 -> 250 (+50) SpA: 50 SpD: 100 -> 120 (+20) Spe: 50 BST: 580 -> 680 The legendary rock titan of Hoenn rises up to the challenge! Its newly-improved bulk makes it the second most physically bulky Pokemon in the entire metagame, only losing to 100% Zygarde by a tiny margin. Now, that's not its biggest selling point. Its unique ability to absorb Stealth Rock as well as providing decent passive recovery allows it to become one of the best anti-hazard Pokemon out there. However, a few problems persisted, such as a nasty weakness to special moves such as Focus Blast. It's also quite easy to set up on, as it lacks Roar. Erosion (Toxic Stall) Rocky Mountains (Sweeper) Geo Pebbles (Utility)- 55 replies

Zoren takes out a writing brush from his clothes, looking fairly old. The tip gets drenched in ink as it lands on the form. He picks History as his major, and ticks Geography and Politics to catch everything in Social Studies. He thinks for a good ten seconds before ticking magic as well, out of curiosity. Finally, he writes his name as well as his preferred pronoun, He, on the sheet. Despite his seemingly elegant movement, his calligraphy is actually pretty mediocre, just enough to be readable. The ink immediately fades away when the tip leaves the sheet. "Sure thing, Seong," he walks to the siren and begins translating the rest of the sheet into Korean for him, line by line, although with a lack of fluency.

"Traps everywhere. I thought this was supposed to be a place where people live. Anyway, I'd trust myself more than that rope. These things always snap at stupid times." Halley warmed up a bit and waited for the hole to open. She'd swing from the edge of the hole and slide along the shaft at an acceptable speed. >>>>>>Other: You're hungry, and George is probably hungry too. Turn off the treadmill and throw your incompetent coworkers into his easy reach. Maybe start with Ricardo. Screw him. Take the Fuji apple from the communal fridge and eat it as you watch them. It'd make you look more like an asshole than you already are.

If You Could Make Your Own Mega Pokemon... (7th-Gen Update)
IntSys replied to Lord Chespin's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
That was part of the inspiration. Though, Feliger was rather mediocre for a Slaking lookalike. As for your Mega Luxray, here are some notes: You meant Super Luck, not Sniper. It's also a pretty bad ability, considering how Luxray doesn't get Focus Energy and Mega Luxray can't hold Scope Lens. It's pretty much an inferior Strong Jaws. Its somehow mediocre stats spread doesn't help its cause, either; Electivire with a Life Orb is better than it in all regards other than bulk, ability, and dark-type STAB. Intimidate users like Krookodile, Incineroar, Salamence, Arcanine and Therian-form Landorus all sorely outclass it in utility, power and bulk, and they don't even need a Mega Stone.- 55 replies

Pokemon in Space [IC Chapter #03]
IntSys replied to Bfroger6's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
"She really got the talent for this, huh?" Emmanuel remarked, quite amazed by Quina's interpretation, "well, maybe in a vehicle, but definitely not with my flesh and bones!" he smiled as he answered. "Well, the drill awaits. I'll be going ahead," Emmanuel stepped toward the drill's entrance, "are you coming?" -
[IC] TPoS Chapter I: Seven

Aera Aera went back to absolute silence. She rarely made herself heard, but whenever she did, it just reminded her why staying passive was a good thing. Though, without doing it, she would've forgotten about the fact that she had a tongue, or that she had means to express herself. One would note that she didn't change her face throughout the past few minutes, and that she continued the breathing exercise even after she spoke. Not even a hint of regret nor anger showed, as she waited, waited, and waited. The mild nervousness faded a long time ago for her. Though, with or without it, she looked and acted the same. The same static face and the same motionless body. The only thing reminding her that she was alive was the bear man's answer echoing softly in her eardrums. She was content, like she always had been. -

"Haha, well, I don't think either Solosis or I would ever grow to look like each other," Emmanuel said. After a few seconds, he suddenly laughed again, "hey, one day, she'll evolve into a lovely Gardevoir, right? I wonder how you would look in a dress?" he pulled his tongue out in a childish manner, "of course, there's always the option of not evolving, but that's up to her to decide." -
After checking the hole out, Halley jumped right into it, landing on the floor below with a soft sound. She looked around, checking the surroundings. After making sure all was clear, she gestured to the others upstairs and looked for the elevator shaft.

The amount of anger that just rose from Halley's mechanical heart could not be measured. "... every time," she murmured. "it's gas. I'm fine. I just need to- no, none of that." She would plot to get back on Deus somehow, serving the well-deserved justice to the two-faced liar, but the vivid image of Lexiel going mad was enough to convince her to drop the vengeance. It wasn't forgiveness, but, for the first time in her entire life, self-restraint. She leaned against the wall and waited for the lava axe to melt through the floor patiently.

[IC] TPoS Chapter I: Seven
IntSys replied to Shamitako's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Aera Aera performed the breathing exercise obediently. She waited, and waited, and waited. Her eyes were focused on the couch potato before the kids. She had heard of the man's 'exploits', thus having nearly no expectations for him. Though, the man was somehow not sleeping, and that was already a big enough surprise for her. Eventually, she broke the silence. "What's next?" a muffled, yet decently loud voice came through the slimy face mask. -
After a whole minute of waiting, it becomes clear that Seong could not muster enough confidence to answer Zoren's question. "Well, we'll know the answer one way or another," he moves his eyes from the boy, noticing that a few other people have arrived. He zips the bag up again and stands up. "We're supposed to learn how to integrate to human society here. In regards to abilities, we're probably going to be learning how to suppress them here. After all, they want us to change in order to integrate, rather than getting humans to change their opinions on us," he answers the tall woman's question, "I hope that suppression is not the only thing we're getting from here. That'd be boring... and somewhat meaningless."

Pokemon in Space [IC Chapter #03]
IntSys replied to Bfroger6's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
The Solosis slid out of Emmanuel and showed herself. "She's Solosis. My guardian, my teacher and my friend," he gladly answered. "She likes to rest on my back so she can talk to me more easily. Ralts use telepathy, but Solosis use psychic waves instead. Psywaves require less power when used up close." Solosis went back into Emmanuel's lab coat. "Ralts are so... humane, though. Their evolution is like a little boy growing into adulthood. The way they behave is so human-like, too. A Ralts without psychic powers would be like... you," his words gradually became slower. "N-Never mind. I'm thinking too much again."
