      You have to get the ancient wing that is located one space under one of the flowers in the purification area in Sheridan, take that to the kingdra statue in Cartos forest, and then you can geto to carotos cove.

      Sharpedo does not have the bulk to sport rough skin. Speed boost on the other hand gives it sweeping capabilities, especially when you mega evolve it.
