There is also a possibility that it is some form of special-based Anger Point since it raised Drampa's special attack in a pinch. However, it is more likely a weakness policy-ish ability since Drampa's unusual typing could take advantage of it. I do hope it's bulky enough to reliably set-up with it's ability(more likely) or fast enough for revenge killing after switching on a super-effective move(which I highly doubt). -
Emolga was one of my most unexpectedly devastating Pokemon in Reborn. Another would be Aromatisse and Garbodor.

We have some kind of watered-down fourth of July here, but only a few people celebrate it. : / Our country once had a dilemma on whether to put our independence day on the fourth of July or the twelfth of June. Guess which date won? Not fourth of July that's what.
