Honestly, I'd just recommend in general to try and complete as many sidequests as you can. Just go through the game location for location, talk to everyone. (Or check out forum guides if you don't want to do it blind.) It must feel anxiety inducing to work on the episode for so long and knowing that people are waiting without really seeing as much of the work as you do.
