I have an Oshawott and a Feebas, but they don't have good IV's... I have some shinies if you are interested and some 5IVs Skorupis, I even have a shiny with 5IVs but sadly the x is speed. Tell me is you're interested in anything

To be honest I had problems with Ciel too, only because I didn't have an electric, ice or rock type in my team. I had to train a Luxray to be able to defeat her, so I would recommend you to do the same (well not necessarily a Luxray, but you get what I'm saying). And a steel type with levitate could be usefull too, my Bronzong was a lifesaver in like half of the battles against her, especially against her M-Altaria.

Hm? Not at all, that guy is literally in the same room you find Arclight and Victoria in the railnet, you only have to use rock smash to get to him.

If I'm not mistaken that guy was on the same room in which you found Arclight and Victoria, so the event should trigger regardless since there was no changes in that part. Well I'm not 100% sure but it wouldn't hurt to try, right?

You could watch Metro's Reborn Lore Play, he did this exactly for this reason. The 23 chapters cover everything of the story from episode 1 to episode 15.

Well that's good! I'm interested in a lot of them to be honest, but I would mainly like a 5IV's Mudkip with avalanche and a 5IV's special attacker Treeko. Here are most of the shinies that I have:

Do the shinies need to have high IV's? I have quite a few, but I only have like two different with 3-4 IV's (and no higher than that...) I have ability capsules too, if you are interested.
