If memory serves me right, Adrienn asked Ame about this and she said that there used to be another Fairy type gym leader that took xyr place but disappeared after the problems with the city started happening. I think it was in E16 but I may be wrong.

Maybe you can do what I did. Spend all your money in items at the circus, (try to spend it in useful things) then battle Samson. Most of the time you will be able to defeat 2-3 of his pokemon so yours will win exp, it doesn't matter if you lose, since you won't lose money and the exp is good too. How to be lazy by Absolute_Zero.

Uhh technically it's legal in Reborn but, since it's a fan game, it isn't legal for original games. -

Imo that would be boring. Facing two of the strongest gym leaders with 3 pokémon each wouldn't be fair (for both sides); 12 v/s 6 isn't an option either, and even if we get a partner (in this case probably Cain) getting 2 badges in one go wouldn't be fun (but it would be a pain to obtain them...)

I think that will start on episode 16, since Ame said that this episode was going to be "short" and, it seems, that e16 is going to be long one.
