I would like to Give Infernape a S rank nomination up here which surprisingly he is not on here ablready but ok. +Available as a starter. +Has an excellent offensive Typing for this game with Fire/Fighting. +Good offensive stats that allow it to go Mix,Special or Physical 104/104/108. +An Amazing movepool with via leveling up as well as from breeding and Move tutors (Flare blitz,Fire punch,Mach punch,Close combat,Acrobatics,thunderpunch,buldoze,stone edge flamethrower, calm mind e.t.c . +Has a good ability with Iron fist which allows Fire punch to become a much more reliable stab than flare blitz(you can easily breed it with an ampharos obtained before the third badge). +Can do and works most effectively with immediate damage rather than having to setup before hand which can prove to be very usefull in many cases. +Does not truly suffer against any gym leader outright and can do good damage to atleast a few of thier pokemon in each battle. -its defenses are nothing to write home about with 76/71/71.

If i had to give an analysis without a single room for bias or doubt. I will give this to inceneroar as far as reborn is of the concern. Now why you may ask its the following reasons: Now i will say this is is my opinion specifically regarding reborn and overall as far as starters are concerned Blaziken is still overall the best and Greninja is second. If you want to point out something i missed do point it out and ill try to answer your argument or change my verdict if you do convince me. Also i will point out for everyone that is judging them on competitive basis that in game works far differently and i judged them by the tools they have for reborn at which they all go here and there.

Depends honestly id personally take every starter out that is obtainable by in game means which eventually all will be but lets go episode by episode basis for that first if you are looking early game Charmander line is by far the best it gets decent stats and good coverage options after fully evolved though his most usage is early on by Dragon rage which 1-3 shots nearly everything till after corey and can hold his own against further few gyms his main flaw that his power and usage diminishes later in game but not a major issue as you will have other team member's by then if you are looking for mid to late game effectiveness go for Torchic or froakie as they are good mons but really dont do much up to a point with froakie losing some of its worth later on and blaziken getting quite useful later game cause fighting is really good then so really depends if you want an easy early game or moderately easy late game if you are looking at episode 16 id recomend these starters in the following order best to dont need them :Torchic and Frokie >and everyone else cause snivy has a shallow movepool in reborn to be worth it and you can literally catch every other starter one way or another>Chikorita

There are other methods with the wild and gift mons available up to that stage so you might wanna try them or you can ask on the gym leader help thread so someone can help you with a strategy for Charlotte.

Ehh all moon ball mons can be gotten as a gift or event so much so that i believe this was an elaborate scheme from ame herself to make the ball leftover as nothing but aesthetic which makes them utterly useless in reborn in other games they have minimalistic role outside of aesthetic as well cause there are better balls to catch these mons that can go for same price. If you wanna look at productivity the best balls are Luxury,Fast,heavy,Friend,Level (in some cases),Quick and Timer these are aside from normal/premier ,great and ultra who are good in thier own right but by far one of the best balls in game if not the best is Dusk as its easy to manipulate game time to night and get a higher rate than ultra while being 200 cheaper and no other frustrating requirements beside be inside a cave or play at night or make the game think youre playing at night

Ame herself has said that evry non legend or mythical mon will be present in the game before the league though no certainty on mega's though and that every legend in their full glory willl BECOME THE ALL POWERFUL GOLDEN BIDOOF be present in the Post game and seeing as ame herself as said she does not target a single pokemon nor a group of one to nerf them down to uselessness otherwise we wouldn't have SB blaziken as a starter.I do believe UB will get the same treatment as some are very strong and close to legends already in story and power and its kinda pointless giving as a few before the league and few after post such as not every legendary is strong either i am looking at you phione that ame refuses to give us due to disputed status alone and i think its better to give this post a spoiler title maybe.

Well seeing how reborn has already transitioned between gen 5 to 6 itll probably happen before Episode 19 but kinda doubt it would be soon likely can happen with episode 19 depending on the time taken for episode 17 and 18 and thats after we get 16 thats to be released after beta.One main factor you have to consider the games haven't been even official released yet and the leak business 11 days ago does not make to much of a difference to that fact so when each mechanic is out and up to see the number of mons all changes new forms and everything in the changes to previous generation mons simply its to early to consider adding gen 7 to reborn it will happen before episode 19 most likely or with it but itll take time id say its still far to early to be considering seeing the new mons and mechanics its better to give the mods their time to introduce everything necessary slowly instead of rushing it in one by one.

Any pokemon as long as it has an Egg group regardless of its gender can breed with ditto to create and EGG and it can result in any gendered ,Ivd ,and be shiny. AS for this case Mudkip along with all starters has a 75 to 25 male/female ratio so its more common to find males so keep at it and eventually you will find a female one it just takes slightly longer.

Depends on which method of making a game you want to take. You could hack a Rom of an official game and get things done by several tools in which case you have to use individual tools for it which vary for each function a quick goggle search will help you with that. Or you Could make a game like Reborn by using Pokemon essentials and RPG maker(you have to pay but take my word well worth it) Youtube videos with guides also help out alot if you are starting but after you figure out how to do something once it starts to get easier and you will get a hand of it and to start just check out the programs a bit a you will figure it out.
