well it may be mewtwo is a dominant special attacker but in gen 1 you have no natures and you can max all EVS in each stat unlike today with a limited ev spread and this is actually i put in a damage calculator hyper beam ohkos chancey in gen 1 seeing as its 110 base attk which is not only not bad for gen 1 but exceeds alot of physical attackers of that era aswell as ohkoing Slowbro and seeing as everything else hyper beam is something nothing in gen 1 wants in on specially if already has taken damage and on top of that ko almost all physical tanks with psychic with certinity

the thing is is in gen 1 psychic was perfect coverage with nothing able to wall it with anything less than about neutral damage(bar psychic types them selves) with combine that hyper beam an attk with a monstrous 150 base attk its gonna hit hard with weak attk. Mewtwo at worst has respectable attk for gen 1 and the glitch stated above makes it nearly broken if used on a KO and gives coverage for most psychic types and specific special walls meaning chansey as most psychic types bar slowbro have weak base def stat making it possible to KO these pokemon much easier taking care of that problem.

would like to point out isnt black sludge virtualy the same just ban it on poison types

1:early game you can get an event igglybuff and has a chance to get perish song find it and make sure it has it then. 2:get 4 department store tickets to access air baloon should be fairly easy to do with a guide. 3:put said air balloon on igglybuff . 4:enter the fight with solaris and use perish song. 5:now the odds of igglybufff having stone edge or fire fang used on it is very low with the AI which will more likely go for EQ and dragon rush isnt gonna work so once that is done wait it out and set game. as for stickers and how to get igglybuff use these guides:

How about we have 2 opposing nations share a type and that be giving to them a s a 4th randomized type like Phantom Vulcan V Avalon randomize says normal both can use normal types but a nation cant get a type they already have and they must use a pokemon of the randomized type no mater what
