  1. That does seem to be a trend with Juzo: he tries to do what he perceives as right, only to end up causing terrible things to happen.
  2. Operation Twisted God completed w/ the Long War mod on. Also, no one took any damage because I was overly cautious since that mission scares the hell out of me

  3. Mostly the many biology labs I'll need to work on. Oh, and studying. And doing research for criminal law. And writing multiple speeches for competitive speaking competitions. ...I procrastinate a lot.
  4. I believe he's referencing it as if the opening was the deaths for each person (or at least related in someway), thus, since Hina's opening death is the feint by Monaca, he believes that she doesn't have a death. However, the opening death could easily be referencing the show itself, and have Hina die in an attack that appears to be going for someone else, but either she rushes to save them or she was the intended target after all. Either way, it is still possible that she die in a way referenced by her opening death.
  5. Originally, I was thinking that the five larger petals was foreshadowing of how many FF members would survive, but I do believe that you're onto something there. The only other thing I have to add to that is that there are actually four smaller petals on the flower at the end of the credits. The fourth is extremely hard to see, but I took a screenshot of the end of the credits (ignore the button, that's just because of Funimation) The fourth could be Hagakure, Makoto himself, or whoever the mystery person using Tengan's phone is.
  6. I'm finally getting around to playing The Long War mod for XCOM. Here goes nothing.

  7. You give the item to the Pokemon you are looking to evolve and then use the Linkstone as a normal evolutionary stone on them. You require both components to evolve them. An example: if you are trying to evolve your Rhydon, you will need to have it hold the Protector and then use the Linkstone on the Pokemon as you would any other evolutionary stone. If Rhydon isn't holding the Protector, you won't be able to evolve it. If you don't have a Linkstone, you won't be able to evolve it. Also, for future reference, posts related to the game Pokemon: Reborn go in the various areas of this subforum. You can access it from the main forum by simply clicking on it (it is the third large subforum down).
  8. memes end the world, 10/10, that's some hyper realism right there
  9. I very much enjoyed Episode 3. Again, I want more, but what we received was still decent enough. Gengar coming out of the Pokeball was a really neat animation. I wish that we could have seen that in an actual battle and how that translates there. The banter between Agatha and Blue was also interesting, given Agatha and Oak's previous relations. Blue has always been an interesting person to me, because he does always give his all and do his best to succeed, while still trying to achieve his dreams and his goals, even though, deep down, he knows that Red will always show up after him and best him. It's that sort of dedication in the face of loss that we would do well to emulate in our own lives.
  10. Eevee naturally only has a 12.5% chance of being female, which is, coincidentally, the exact same chance that the traditional starters have. Ralts and Axew are your best bets for grabbing a Female Jackpot starter, as both have 50-50 odds for either gender.
  11. Sometimes, I worry about what the NSA is thinking about what is actually just me doing my criminal law homework: http://prnt.sc/cl9zq4

  12. New unofficial Uranium update lets you actually obtain all the TMs and Move Tutor Moves. Here comes Mega Archilles!

  13. http://prnt.sc/cl2nxd So I may have started to dabble in breeding in Uranium. That's an Adamant nature, btw. Uranium has their +stat -stat colors mixed up for natures.
  14. I feel like Treeko has a decent shot of finally appearing since Sceptile isn't too terribly good, but it does not have an event as of yet.
  15. Juzo was an alright guy from the start in my books. He was all brute force and didn't always think about the potential consequences of his actions (actually something of a refreshing trait in this series, since it mixes it up from the logical processes that normally play out), but he had his charms. As his character was developed, he grew on me. That's all. He didn't have any major development until these last few episodes, so it makes sense that people don't particularly enjoy him until he, as a character, is explained. The same thing happened to Kizakura, who was considered to be extremely suspicious right up until his character was explained (and then killed) in Episode 8. Before that, he was just the strange, drunk, older man with a mustache and a fedora stalking Kyoko. Similarly, Juzo was considered to basically be Munakata's hitman before he was given his own character development. Incidentally, he turned out to be in the closet and have crush on Munakata. That isn't the reason why the majority of people have decided to like Juzo, however, that's just another incident of "correlation does not equal causation." Juzo's sexuality is revealed as a component of his character development, and the character development was the primary factor that lead to his rise in popularity. Plus, idk if it's just from substantial experience with people who are closeted or openly LGBT+, but I did suspect Juzo of being in love with Munakata. I simply didn't voice it since I attempted to keep my posts focused on the bigger picture. There were definitely hints dropped throughout both sides, however.
  16. Guide to Danganronpa: if every character in the game/amine starts agreeing to something, they're probably wrong and missed something

  17. Well Eevee would only really be a serious threat in the likes of LC, tier shift, and maybe PU/NU if supported properly. Its base stats are pretty "eh," but +2 to everything does make it viable in lower tiers, especially if they follow the Mega Ray trend and make it so the stone for the Z-move only has to be in the bracelet thing, clearing a spot for Eviolite or maybe a Silk Scarf/LO. It won't stay in LC once that Z-move is released, or, at the very least, they'll ban its Z-move just because a Pawniard-Eevee core would kill literally everything in LC. On a subject that is not Eevee, I really like the Orangutan (greatly impacted by the fact that Orangutans are my second favorite animal after wolves). I am a little disappointed that people keep bringing up the Harambe meme instead of discussing the majesty and intriguing case that this pokemon truly is I really can't say I am surprised by people continually bringing up Harambe, but I am still dissapointed! For example: this is from the offical Pokemon Sun and Moon website. CHAMPION Oranguru would like to battle! I am hoping it has a hidden ability that would allow it to use items such as Potions as held items similar to how berries work, but we'll just have to see. Plus, it looks like it probably has lackluster speed, making it a solid Pokemon for Trick Room in VGC 2017 thanks to Telepathy allowing its partner to spam all the Multi target moves it desires without having to worry at all. Not to mention Normal/Psychic is great typing which hits most things hard, while only having two weaknesses in Bug and Dark. All in all, Oranguru is definitely going to be at least on my in-game team in Moon.
  18. I will point out that a +2 Return from Adamant Eevee does 30-40% to fully defensive Bronzor. Don't tell me that thing isn't broken as hell.

And in case you're wondering, that uninvested HP Fighting from a Neutral nature does 72-90%. Calm down Eevee, please.

yep gen 4 was the best. i miss my hail team.

the only thing that needs to be done to help balance from gen 4 onwards is to make stealth rock do typeless damage

Hey, look on the bright side: Gamefreak's actually paying attention to Eevee now, even if they did just make it stupidly OP at times.

  19. Good God, Eevee is going straight to LC Ubers. That thing naturally has Adaptability with Return and Quick Attack, too!

  20. Windows is just what I use because it's simple and straight forward and a vast majority of programs are designed to work on it, so there aren't any major compatibility issues. Plus, it's pretty easy to avoid viruses and malware as long as you know what to look for, which, having accidentally gotten malware onto my computer as kid, I do now know exactly what not to do.
  21. Looking forward to something happening in Mirai-hen tomorrow. The way they ended the last episode kinda leaves the door open as to what happens next, but I'm hoping we'll see some action at the other location hinted at in the last scene.

But at the same time, I want my damn theories confirmed by that book that character was holding at the end of the episode.

  22. What is something that you enjoy doing outside of Reborn?
