  1. Repeated answer for kind-of-repeated question!
  2. Goooootta love it when a good movie's ending is trash. I'm conflicted over whether you were worth watching, Phonebooth.

    Caterpie

Hidden Ability. In case you didn't know, Reborn's hidden abilities are treated like normal ones. So a Caterpie has a 50% chance of being Run Away, a Durant has a 33% chance of being Truant, etc.

Really though, forget about Bug Bite, you can have it be a Butterfree by level 10.
  5. I prefer Torterra with 4 attacks because Curse does nothing for you Sp.Def and it's weaknesses are somewhat common, but Curse can work on it. You don't really need Giga Drain. Yeah, healing is handy, but we have items for that and Adamant Giga Drain won't be doing much anyways. On that note, maybe go with a Sassy/Careful nature. Get enough Curses and your Attack/Defense won't be a problem, but you'll be just as weak on the special side. For an actual Grass STAB, there's Wood Hammer, though I'd breed and get Seed Bomb.
  6. I'm really no fan of stall cause an offensive team gets the same job done, just way quicker. But the best physical wall you can get is Gourgeist (if you go back to E12 to breed for Protect and Will-o-Wisp. check this section's pinned guide for details). Will-o-Wisp halves the foe's attack, Leech Seed gives you recovery, both take 25% of the foe's health each turn. Protect and Phantom Force together make it so you can only be hit every third turn, while you're getting health via LS and doing good damage via statuses.. Toxic is stall's best move, but without breeding in E12, almost nothing gets it. Vespiquen is pretty good, it can Toxic something, then spam Defend Order. Scolipede gets Toxic, but more importantly, it has Toxic Spikes, which it should be able to set up with it's decent physical bulk and Speed Boost. And a Sturdy Pineco/Forretress ensures at least one layer. Weezing and Cofagrigus are kinda bad vs special attackers, but they're really physically bulky, both have Will-o-Wisp (though you need E12 for Weezing's) and both get TS (Weezing also has the handy Destiny Bond). Another thing you can do with Toxic and Toxic Spikes is getting flinching moves to rack up Toxic damage. Nasty Plot Crobat with Air Slash comes to mind, or if your Mystery Egg turns out to be a Toge, Air Slash Toge. Or something like Serene Grace Glare+Coil+Headbutt Dunsparce. And if you wanna see if anything particular is available, check the Location Guide V3, it's pinned in the On The Hunt section.
  7. Yeah, recently finished the current demo and it's pretty good. It has some stupid Fakemon like Daikatana or Trawpint and a lot of the Fakemon look much better from the front than when you actually use them. But they're pretty good overall, especially Mega Inflagetah, Frosthra and Fafninter IMO. I don't dabble much into Fakemon-game territory, but from what I've seen, only Sage tops them in Fakemon quality, but Sage is on it's own level. I got annoyed every single frequent time the "rival" was on screen though, and the story is not all that good, but it's a fun game.
  8. Probably not. The only choices that've had any non-immediate effect were beating Garchomp (changes who's your buddy during 1 or 2 of the 3-battle gauntlet in E15).
  9. Yeah, that's what my second screenshot was supposed to be like.
  10. Each episode goes up to a leader. E1 is everything up to Julia. E3 is Florinia to Corey, etc, etc. Anyways, the IMO best Fire types in Reborn (and where you can find them) are Arcanine (after gym 2), Chandelure (after gym 9/10), Ninetales (Mystery Egg or after gym 11), Darmanitan (after gym 6) and Delphox (after gym 14). For Ice types, you've got Cryogonal (after gym 13?), Avalugg (after gym 13), Vanillite (after gym 1/2), Mamoswine (idk), Lapras (after gym 13) and Sneasel (after gym 13, you'll only be able to evolve it in E16).

    Sunflora?

Try this section's pinned Location Guide V3 and, if it's a wild Pokemon, the pinned EV Training Guide. The huge park was "removed", but there's still grass in the area you fought pulse Tangrowth in; that's where it is. According to the EV guide, it shows up in the mornings with an 11% chance.
  12. When you see this, you know there's been a new post in the Fan Game Expose, not in Rejuvenation's subforum. When you see this, it's a new post in the Onyx Arcade and maybe a new post in the Wasteland. Would it be possible to remove that maybe with the second one? Would certainly help people that, for example, don't care about Reju, but wanna know if something new's been posted in the Fan Game Expose. Maybe it could be made so that, instead of both the section and subsection name being bolded, like in the second screenshot^^, only the subsection's name is? Or something like that. EDIT: messed up and didn't link my second image. It'd be like the first, but "Pokemon Rejuvenation" would be bolded.
  13. It's a one-time event, so no way to repeat it. I guess you can PM me your save file (you're looking for the one called "Game.rxdata") and I'll add a Shuppet for you.
  14. Could be? The event is supposed to work so that, if you haven't done the event and your computer's time is between 10 PM and 6 AM, you can fight/catch it. It would only give you the "too mangled to read" text at that time if you've already done it.
  15. Oh, you're already at that point. If so, remember where you did that puzzle with the train tracks? The last part of the Railnet? Yeah, go back there. There's a door on the left side you can open if you get the tracks to it, like you did to solve that puzzle. And to get Aron, you'll need to bring something with Headbutt. Yup. You need something with Rock Smash to get to him.
  16. Oh hey, same-sex marriage is being debated in Serbia. Time to fuckle my seatbelt, cause there's a bigotry shitstorm already brewing.

Thanks, though it doesn't affect me either way.

    4. Maelstrom

      Maelstrom

      You'd be surprised, Etesian.

  17. Just keep playing, the earliest you cna get to the deeper parts of the railnet is when the story requires you to, which is after the 7th gym iirc.
  18. Pretty sure that "too mangled to read" one only says that during the day. Set your computer's time to midnight or something and try again.
  19. The only condition should be nighttime. Are you SURE you checked every single one? It should be down the stairs and one of the ones in the top-left corner iirc.
  20. Anpther option is dowblpading E12, it lets you go back as soon as you beat Samson. Link for E12 can be found in the pinned Breeding guide in the Team Showcase section, it also has instructions on how to go back cause it can be wonky at times.
  21. Keep in mind that those cover only one of 18 types. Cacturne is rather frail and slow. Does hit hard, but it often won't get the chance to (especially since most/all Water types pack Ice Beam anyways). And the next number of gyms is really bad for Grass types, so don't bother with trying to find one now. On that note, don't expect any of the early good stuff to be good for long. Simple CalmMind Swoobat can go up to gym #8, but that's by far the best. And if you want some good Grass types you can get early, there's Tangela after gym #2, Pumpkaboo before/after gym #3 and Petilil after gym #2. Tangrowth is a great bulky attacker that can go physical, special or both. Gourgeist is IMO the best physical wall in the game if you go back to E12 for Will-o-Wisp and Protect. Lilligant can completely sweep with Petal Dance, Quiver Dance, Sleep Powder and the right Hidden Power (ideally Rock cause it hits 4 of the things Grass is weak to. Stuff like Ice and Fire work too)(though Petilil sucks, don't use it right away). Heliolisk is great, actually. The best Electric type in the game IMO, it's just that rain does nothing for it. It's great on it's own and REALLY good in sun. It's definitely something worth giving a shot...just not now. As said, it gets Thunderbolt at level 49 and while it does get a lot of moves via TM, you have to wait a while for them (to be specific, they're Grass Knot, Surf, Dark Pulse and Hidden Power. you'll be around level 50 when you get the first of those. you could go to E12 and breed it Grass Knot and possibly IVs for a certain Hidden Power before you get to the third gym, so that's something). But yeah, don't train it now, grind it up later when you can actually get it a decent STAB. Yeah, like I said, none of the early things are keepers. You have bad things, things that are good for where they are and fall off soon, and things that are great later but are stuck in a currently-useless state like Petilil or Helioptile. Simple Calm Mind Swoobat can get you far, mine lasted until gym #8. A bit of a pain to get the happiness up there, but you can visit the salons, set your computer's date 1 day forward, rinse and repeat.
  22. Heliolisk is a glass cannon. Don't bother with giving it Dry Skin recovery, it'll die to almost anything anyways. Thunder is nice, but it's only 20 BP more than Thunderbolt and you're screwed if your Swanna dies before it gets Rain up (which it most often will, Swanna is pretty sucky). If you wanna run Heliolisk, I'd suggest running it as is, normally, with Thunderbolt. But if you really wanna abuse a weather with it, get a Ninetales or something with Sunny Day. With Solar Power active, Heliolisk essentially has 190 Base Sp.Atk. On the other hand, the IMO best Toxicroak set you can get right now is one with Bulk Up and Drain Punch. With Drain Punch, Black Sludge and Dry Skin recovery, it would be rather hard to kill. You need to go back to E12 to breed to get Bulk Up though (any info you may need on the topic and ways to use CE to be done in a few ~5 minutes are here). But if you don't wanna run Bulk Up, Toxicroak is really frail, so you'd be much better off running Poison Touch for a 30% chance to poison with any contact move (44% chance with Poison Jab). And for Cacnea's location (and any other), try the pinned Location Guide V3 in the On The Hunt section.
  23. I mostly agree with Zim, but I'd say go with Protect over Seed Bomb (although both work). Yes, Phantom Force technically does give you that Protect turn, but it gives you one, you can be hit every second turn. With both PF AND Protect, you get double the invulnerability, which means double the residual damage before you get hit and double the LS recovery before you get hit. And the combo of LS+WoW takes 25% of the foe's HP per turn. After getting both off, with only PF, the foe can hit you twice before they die. With both, they only get one shot. Those attacks will be doing almost nothing, but still, really comes in handy with things like Solaris Garchomp (which my Gourgeist soloed with LS, WoW, Protect and PF). Seed Bomb is a decent STAB, but it won't be doing that much if you don't have any attack investment and the 2 PF+Protect mean that the foe loses 75% of their HP to LS+WoW just to hit you once. To actually get Protect and WoW, Yamask is your best bet.
  24. You can't delete your own posts. And it needs to be night for Joltik, use the pinned Location Guide V3 for this kinda stuff.
