I defeated noel but I need flash for the deeper parts of the tanzan mountain cause quite frankly I can't see where I'm going and I keep going in cirkels. Also you're suposed to be able to get the sticker from the guy in the aron chamber before spinel town?

So I've rocksmashed every single wall I could find and I can't for the life of me find an aron chamber or flash All I can find on the topic is that its in the deep railnet and I can't find it :I where do I enter this 'deep railnet' ? I'm feeling kinda stupid here.
