  1. Actually, I'm 99% sure Weavile will be available next episode or we can exploit it just like everything else.
  2. Henry The coordinator looked at both Danielle and Jacob giving a chuckle. "Just because you're good at battling doesn't mean you'll make a name for yourself. Even so, you're simply proposing to rid of Pokemon altogether similar to Lysandre of Team Flare. If you don't recognize that name, I suggest you research it. This is just part of an ugly truth you'll have to learn to accept." Henry was finished, but he thought of something else to tell Jacob. "Even if you were a celebrity, how do you even think that'd do you any good? Would a few petty words really change people's minds? Or were you planning to be a bit more forceful or perhaps violent?"
  3. Chim, you can correct me if I'm wrong, but I have a feeling it's similar to that world I've built over many years (in a way it is similar to Pokemon, but not really). Yes, they exist, but they're restricted to militia use only. The weapons also are not likely as advanced as the real world due to Pokemon being super effective weapons and consume less resources. Guns are the weapons that fall under this as knives probably aren't as threatening and let people feel safe. Yes there will be a few or even crime groups that have guns, but even those are restricted and sometimes would raise red flags instantly (The government could follow the transactions, reports, rumors, etc). The reason military would have these weapons is in case trainer(s) and Powerful Pokemon go to the extremes kind of like that Weavile to Kenny, but probably a bit more extreme like a Garchomp creating a massacre. There's another big reason guns aren't popular among criminals. Pokemon can do similar actions, but at a much quieter and quicker level. Hyper Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, etc can have some deadly consequences on the victim if used at full forces...some even hiding all the evidence. I'm no gun expert, but that noise can be heard at least a few feet away and a dead giveaway while a Pokemon attack can actually sound natural. Kind of makes an illegal underground weapon system less of an incentive when everyday wildlife can be trained to be weapons with little suspicion. I could go on for hours about this thing, but it's really up to Chim what stands and what doesn't. The tl;dr version is that weaponry would be less advanced and fewer in numbers due to the magical elements Pokemon add to the world.
  4. But yes, I'm fine with Dobby taking over. TBH, I'm probably going to be on a bit of a haitus on this RP because of how crazy it gets for a week or two so bunny Luna as necessary.
  5. Henry Henry turned back to Ryan and James. "Your ignorance amuses me. This Veronica person could easily turn this situation to look like Prof Arlyn was the bad guy. Who's to say she wasn't forced to take necessary action in order to stop Gyarados from putting either her or one of her Pokemon's life in danger? It'd be pretty believable now considering the beast looks ready to attack someone at any moment." "And Slade." Henry didn't even bother turning his head this time to face the Frogadier's trainer. "Teach your Pokemon basic obedience skills. You keep that Frogadier on too loose of a leash if it demands to know the private business of others. Or was I mistaken by its actions just now." Citrine "Oh! You look so adorable when you're blushing like that," Citrine teased. "Wheels, you're alright in my book. Besides, I have pretty low standards after hanging around with Mr. Grouchy Butt. I mean all he ever did was gripe about needing to win and becoming a strong trainer. At least his Skitty was super cute and fun. I'm sure you're at least be more interesting than that. Maybe we could talk if you buy me dinner."
  6. Sorry Dobs, but you can't kill something that's already dead...or can you. It's probably better you than me because I'd find ways to torture you guys without the need to kill. James would become Rookie's pinata for a day. Also, I'll post something kind of late tonight. Expect the typical Henry response.
  7. Eh, I really have no idea why you picked Tyrantrum. I wouldn't really say anything if two people didn't already have one or there weren't any good substitutes. You really don't need a Dragon type member and Gigalith, Armaldo, and Rampardos are all good substitutes to fill that Pokemon's role. If you really need a Dragon type, Acid Armor + Scald Dragalge is insane. It was my infamous UU wall. I guess the same could be said about my Tyranitar choice, but there really isn't a Pokemon I could use to swap with him as there aren't any other Rock/Dark Types. Gigalith is about my only other choice, but he doesn't workout as much. Lunatone just doesn't make the cut seeing as everyone else can do what he can do better.
  8. Air Pollution wouldn't kill you, take a look at China. But yeah I don't see it either considering there is already a pulse related to the air (cough Agate cough).
  9. That's the only battle I've been reading and I'd say let Danielle win for just because of the whole Evan despising Danielle (and probably underestimated her). Also, I'm actually kind of busy tomorrow (I have to get up early in the morning for once) so I'll probably respond rather late tomorrow night.
  10. Henry It seemed a Frogadier caught Henry's last few words. He looked over to the Pokemon with a smirk on his face. "I don't see why you'd care to know about that. Maybe you should focus more on getting stronger and winning battles because that's the purpose you were caught for instead of prying into other people's business." Henry had his head turned so he doubted the teacher could really hear what he was saying. Paradox was standing right next to the boy copying her trainer's arrogant and cocky movements. She knew little of what she was doing, but it was fun anyways. Burrows and Rosie seemed to always get a kick out of it.
  11. The new Mario Kart Tracks are out along with the 200cc. For some reason I want to ride the Blue Falcon on 200cc with the Capt Falcon Outfit.

    1. Shanco

      Shanco

Time to show 'em your moves.

  12. I'd say forums instead of Pokemon. I remember that being a key filter word when deciding to block stuff. I'm in college so I don't worry about that stuff anymore.
  13. [Red/Klive] "Or you could just let me do the talking instead of this finance stuff or whatever. I pretty much spent half my day yesterday with the guy and he seemed pretty nice and pretty confused." Luna looked over to Red who moved back a bit. "Oh don't worry about that. As long as you're not trying to scare me or anything, you're safe from the spray."
  14. Too lazy to find it, but I'm pretty sure I told you to join a smaller group. I mean yeah, of course you're going to get ignored in a large group if you don't post a lot. If you went to a smaller group like Charlotte or Zander iirc, you'd actually get responses and time to respond.
  15. So I've finally gotten around to playing this thing a bit and I must say it intrigues me. I haven't gotten far and I'm going to start over on intense mode so that'll be fun. I do suggest asking to get your own sub-forum here because I bet this thing is going to become a cluttered mess now that Shofu is playing your game. I actually did find two minor things: 1. Using select (shift) at the very, very beginning of the came causes a crash. I have a feeling I know why and I doubt it's fixable 2. In Galteon Port, there's a little tile error where you can walk through the dock doors (doesn't activate a warp or anything)
  16. Alright I rethought the whole Alakazam and Tyranitar thing over and I'm going to actually go for T-tar. Yeah I know the whole thing with Alakazam being brilliant and all, but Gypsy is a pretty bright Pokemon and can do quite a bit of what Alakazam could. The only thing I'd be missing out on is a Pokemon that can "talk" (it's that psychic stuff like you've seen in the movies) and teleport. Now I'm pretty sure my team is set and stone permanently after this.
  17. For those of you talking about the pulse Muk, you're making a very big assumption. In reality, Team Meteor only needed to poison the water through the blacksteam factory. Even without the Muk, the water was still poisonous as Amaria said and it'd take the water treatment center a long time to fix. Let's assume Meteor took over the treatment center, then the water would then never be treated for poison. While Muk is likely, it's possible there isn't even a pulse machine their.
  18. The real question is if Charizard can take down Venusaur. In Showdown, my Mega Venusaur has a 45-1 kill streak against both Mega Charizards. Yeah, that thing is very scary when played right.
  19. Henry The boy remained silent while looking at the large water type. He already had a feeling everything that took place. It's when Ryan spoke up that he came out of hiding. "Isn't it obvious?" He looked down at the Roselia for a moment before continuing. "Someone went too far in a battle. For something as strong as a Gyarados to be even hit there, the opponent had to be very strong and merciless. It's an ugly truth but sometimes people will do anything to win and it can have some ugly consequences." Henry then looked up towards the Gyarados seeing it in a rampage. "Hatred. That's what I see when looking into this Pokemon. You can correct me if I'm wrong, professor." The boy looked down at his Delcatty which brought back a few terrible memories. "I guess Rosie is one of the lucky few who escaped such a fate." The boy's last few words could only be heard if someone was listening carefully. Citrine "Oh Henry, he's my bro. Of course, everybody seems to recognize the name, but most people give me dirty looks when mentioning it." She smiled after hearing his sarcasm. "Well, that's too bad. I'm sure the right one will show up eventually. You never know."
  20. Well Danielle has Venusaur, Henry has Blastoise, and Jacob has Charizard. It's kind of hilarious considering their characters match Red, Blue, and Green in a way.
  21. Since you already have a Pseudo I don't feel so bad for this one being on my list of choices. Basically I narrowed it back down to two choices: This guy or this guy The team is as balanced as it's going to be so I can use either of these pretty well. To summarize it in a few words: it's brains vs brute force. Not sure at all which one to use considering how different they are. Edit: Azery, Phoebe's Mega is not Blastoise...the only one who will actually have a Mega Blastoise is Henry so far when he gets it.
  22. Faust, I'm at the point that I stopped caring what moves people use. I mean yeah, I addressed the things multiple times, but nobody really listened. As long as you don't run something ridiculous like Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Physic, Dragon Pulse at the start, I'm just going to say okay and be quiet. Sorry to revive team ideas, but since we're slow, I may as well do it now. I looked back at Alakazam and while I do like his character, I have a long list of Psychic types I could choose from. Depending on which once, it'll effect who the grass reserve will be. Excluding Gallade/Gardevoir, I was wondering if anyone was still going for any of these. Still am having hard time narrowing this one down. Here's the options:
  23. I'll make it pretty clear when the reroll page is up. Simply put: we're going to be doing something more like Radiant Dawn Part 4 where we switch from army to army for each chapter instead of one single army the whole entire time. By the way Krim, enemies are about as equal in terms of strength. If that fire attack wasn't planned earlier, let's just say that might've actually killed you. If you charge at or try to attack every enemy you see, it'll end up getting you killed.
