  1. I was playing PMD Gates to Infinity, but I kind of stopped at the Worldcore part. The story is up to par with explorers, but it was like they were trying to screw the gameplay all up. Now I'm going back to finish Tales of Symphonia. Really need to finish that game.
  2. Just a quick question. Let's say you have three save file of 3 different trainers. Let's just call them Bob, Thomas, and Steve. If you're running Bob's save file and you want to run Steve's, would you just rename them like before or is there going to be a different process now?
  3. I know that part, it's more like what the hell have I gotten myself into this time. Once I figure the idol half of this, I'll be fine (This is me admitting I have no idea what I'm doing). Guess that means I have to put forth a bit of effort in this one. Thank the heavens every other RP I'm in kind of died except Ymora otherwise I'd be screwed.
  4. (Danielle and Lana) "I'll keep it simple so that this all goes through that thick head of yours," spoke the coordinator. "I didn't think it mattered at the time, but anyways, this happened back during that dragon field trip. Before that stam...incident happened," He held back as he as he thought Lana wouldn't really want to recall those events considering they belonged to her family. "I actually met with Evan a bit earlier. He had a Water Stone with him that wasn't from the lab, but from a 'friend.' He seemed to want to get rid of it, but when I offered to take it off his hands, he refused." All of Henry's Pokemon, except Paradox, looked at Henry in annoyance. It was just a stupid rock. There was no way this could be more important than any of that other stuff that was going on. Henry wasn't too happy with this. "I have a feeling that these gifts of a Water Stone, Skarmory, and Zubat were all from the same person. A puppet master you could say. It was a fear I ignored a while back, but it's not too out there that this puppet master is trying to turn Evan into a power hungry trainer. I'm not even sure Evan himself realizes it yet. I still don't know why though." Henry silenced himself for a moment looking around to make sure no one of the few he mentioned earlier were listening. "I'm only telling you this because I don't know what will happen. I once beat a power-hungry trainer once back in Orre and that arrogance nearly killed Rosie...it also destroyed the trainer inside me. Since you beat Evan in a battle this big, these 'friends' of his might use that to their advantage. It's probably best to avoid Evan at all costs at this point. Some of your friends might overreact to these things...and probably make it worse than it already is." Henry then moved closer to Danielle to make sure Lana couldn't hear. "We are on damn thin ice here. If you want to save that boy, you better pick who to trust carefully. These are smart and very dangerous people we're talking about, not some silly bug catchers." Henry then stepped back noticing the Rotom flying around Henry's head. "Oh, I guess you two never really met Techie. He's a bit of a troublemaker I found yesterday. He's actually helped me look up a few things lately for strategies on the internet." And other things I shouldn't mention.
  5. I'm going to be that one guy and recommend Quagsire just because that thing is tough and it'd kind of be hilarious seeing Mareek with one. Water Absorb is an amazing ability for that Tanky guy. And wow, so much bad stuff is happening to almost all the PCs. By the end of the tournament, I figure everyone will probably just be sad.
  6. Finally got around to playing PMD Gates to Infinity. It's not a bad game, just disappointing.

Agreed. I still had fun with it, though.

  7. Not a big fan of evolution of mid-battle because I feel like the Pokemon wouldn't be used to the new body right away which I feel like would hurt more than help in the current battle. That's part of the reason I had Rosie running around the Stadium earlier.
  8. You know of all things that take place in that picture, the first thing I noticed was that item in the top left corner. Must! Get! Item!
  9. It's more like Lock-On is the only way to hit Techie. Now combine that with fighting Paralysis and the fact that Techie could technically manipulate the Turbines/Double Team. I mean Java can certainly take a lot of thundershocks but theoretically he'd launch out one Psybeam for every four thundershocks he receives.
  10. Actually Azery, it'd be a pretty evenly matched if Techie was obedient. If Techie was in Shade's place and obeyed orders, Java would've had one hell of a time trying to hit him. Trying to lock onto him would've been Turbine hell since that's a huge advantage for someone like Rotom.
  11. I really wasn't expecting Zuko to come back, but then I realized it's kind of not the same without him. I mean Magmortar had some really cool combos and stuff, but he ain't Zuko which is why I brought him back. He's going to be seen a little bit too as there's a little something else I wanted to do with him which Citrine just lightly mentioned. When it comes to computer stuff though, Techie is second only to Java right now.
  12. Speaking of smash bros, I'm sure you all are aware of the massive amount of music held within the games. Sometimes they make cuts though. Here are a couple of songs that never made it to the game.
  13. Henry eventually found his way into the healing center using Rosie's hearing to follow Danielle's voice. He only caught the last little bit, but that's all he needed to hear. It confirmed his fear that Evan lost when he could've easily won. "Sorry to interrupt your little conversation here," Henry spoke out to the two girls. "Danielle, after our battle, you asked me a couple of things of what was going on. Turns out that hiding what I knew turned a bad situation into a worse one." Henry looked over and saw a show was about to go off between Alvis and Mareek. "It also might be a good idea to keep what I tell you away from Mareek, Jacob, and Slade. It won't bring anything good to the table...especially Mareek."
  14. I didn't even need to look at the PMs to know who did this.

You know, without this message I would have believed you had done the change yourself, and I wouldn't have found anything strange about it... It's not a bad avatar is it?

If it was bad, I would've changed it already.

  15. Oh absolutely no question about that. I probably could go on about how video games have effected me at one point or another, but I think one of the big ones is that they're a stress relief. I used to have a very short temper and pretty got angered over anything. When I started playing on the N64, I actually started to calm down quite a bit. I still remember that I could only play video games over the weekends and literally would try to up my grades so they wouldn't have an excuse not to let me play on it. It's kind of funny how they led to me being this calm and gave me very high grades in the long run.
  16. Just a quick question more out of curiosity than anything: are we allowed to do a quick battle while the tournament is going on or are you wanting to wait until the whole thing is over? I honestly can't remember what was said about it since that was about 4 months ago.
  17. [Red/Klive/Anyone else really] Once again, Luna had fallen asleep in class. This recent subject felt much more boring compared to previous stuff that she didn't even hear the bell. The ringing did irritate her to the point her hand twitched causing her face to fall flat into the cold metal of the desk. "Hey! What's the big idea?" She was angered by the "kid" who though it'd be funny to try this on her, but there was not a single person close by her. She then looked up at the clock. "Oh, it's that time already. Guess I better get going." She quickly got up from her desk and once she got out of the room she yelled, "FREEDOM!"
  18. Well you don't always have to do something for Henry (Chim only did something about half the time) so don't worry about it. That was more to get Zuko back. He's going to find Danielle because he realized something after hearing all that stuff yesterday.

    Serra

Serra will be forever remembered as the Hax Queen by the veterans for good reason. If you didn't run a Drought Ninetales on your team, you damn well earned that badge.
  20. That's what I thought. Different characters have different ways of communicating.
  21. Depends on how you view it. Since Nemo just learned T-punch, that move could literally be no stronger than a weak thundershock especially spread out like that if you could use it. Now it could be at full power if Nemo stayed up all night, but then I guess that'd justify it being at full power. The problem is within the statement though. Nemo would've had to stay up all night to learn it. It'd be hard for him to focus and probably wouldn't be able to use full strength all the time. Let's remove all those factors for a moment thought. Would this move be considered powerplay? The answer is actually no. It's not even because Cubone's Sp Atk is...let's just say not that good. The move is still counterable from both attacks (not so much the electric half for a ralts though). Now if Nemo was able to dodge an attack after doing that, that would be powerplaying. Interesting fact: I'd imagine that hit would cause a loud noise and the rattling of the cage would make it hard to hear. It'd be a disadvantage for Mareek given he wouldn't be able to give Nemo the next order so well...but Kage might still be able to. Just an interesting thing I wanted to point out.
  22. I think I'll just do a Xenosaga one this time. Seriously, I love the soundtrack of this series...most of it.
