Gilgamesh will fight for whichever side he feels will reward him with more glory and spoils. While his fists are quite strong, he tends to rely more on the strength of his blades to do damage. He has fought many battles along his companion, Enkidu, and is always ready to pick a fight. Additional: Gilgamesh wears a brown cloak and red and white mask when he's not in battle. Since only two of his four arms can be seen, he's sometimes mistaken as a different Pokemon. Name: Cal and Masa Age: ??? Gender: Male (Cal) and Female (Masa) Rank: None Kingdom: Mercenary Pokemon: Doublade Bio: These twin blades, nicknamed after the legendary swords Excalibur and Masamune, strapped themselves to Gilgamesh's back and are ready to be called upon at any time. While they can battle on their own, they prefer to be wielded by Gilgamesh to strike their opponents down. Rumors go that the twins joined alongside Gilgamesh shortly after he began his journey. Name: Enkidu Age: 24 Gender: Male Kingdom: Mercenary Pokemon: Houdoom (Can Mega) Bio: Gilgamesh's traveling partner and his right hand man. Enkidu rarely ever talks but the two seem to have a deep bond with each other. The two met and became friends sometime during the conflict of the war. Enkindu tends to take a support role defending Gilgamesh from any deadly threats, but if needed, he can Mega Evolve into a more fearsome opponent. And if a fourth is allowed Edit: If you're wondering how Gilgamesh fights, think of it as one fierce opponent instead of three different opponents (Though the swords can be KO'd). The blades act more like Spellblades and add to Gilgamesh's attack power. I'll make Gilgamesh probably do no more than two attacks per turn to avoid powerplaying. Enkidu is really no different than a regular Houndoom though so there shouldn't be a problem there.

I think Huk pretty much summarized what has been going on. Tyrant, this is a fascinating RP and we're just trying to help keep it strong like it is if not improve it. There's a side that we're all missing though. Yash's. Since he's the co-host, I feel it's his right to step in first and perhaps resolve/explain the issues that just popped up. If he says it's all good, I'd say it's okay to jump into this new chapter. If not, Tyrant/Huk/Murdoc could simply just lock the chapter until it's truly ready.

Crap...I'm supposed to updating the RP I have which by some miracle hasn't died. There's also that new project I'm supposed to be revealing pretty quick. And like Flux, I'm starting to enjoy the slow RPs more and more. Gives me something I like to call a social life.

I really, really suggest waiting a bit because there's still quite a bit that needs to be put into the info page and other things that should be fleshed out. Rushing headfirst into things will only bring disaster. That's something I make sure my players learn as a host. I haven't even made a character and I said I was joining. You should be considerate to ALL players because some have less free time than others. Yeah, it takes more time, but we all learn to become very patient people. If either you or Yash needs help or advice Dobby and I are great people to ask because of all are experience. Wander is a fantastic, perhaps best person here, to ask anything about when it comes to warfare. Heck, I heard rumors he was trained under the Lieutenant himself once. Edit: Six characters is WAY, WAY, WAAAAY TOO MUCH!!!! Three is already pushing the boundaries. I mean I'm doing three, but they are all a group along with the main one is the only one who really talks. Secondary characters are useful to make battles more interesting which is why I'm not against having more than one character per player.

Damn, I think that's the fastest a chapter has ended in this RP section's history. Usually one lasts at least a month before jumping to the next. Anyways, I'll have my sign-ups done sometime today or tomorrow though I suggest you take at least two or three days to talk over the new designs with Yash before diving into a new chapter. I'll give you guys a hint on the main one though. I'm sure some remember this guy:

Yeah, I'm actually kind of interested in the RP, but the speed and post quality kind of left me confused. I think once everybody ups their post quality a bit, I might jump into the fray. There are some very simple ways to up your post quality which can be done by answering a couple questions like these. What is your character doing? Why is your character doing that? Where is your character and why is that important? What is the scenario like according to your character? How does your character feel? That's more of an rpers side of things as a host should automatically be doing this as well as giving imagery of the scenario and world. Simple details go a long way and can even turn a boring, blandish character into an interesting one.

Er...I'm a bit mixed on this idea. Three topics I don't see as an issue, but for six I think you might want to make sure everyone around here is okay with that because that's a lot of threads appearing on the front page. As long as tags are used, clutter is far from being a problem. Separating the battles is more to keep the flow going instead of clutter. (Also, that'd be a ton of pointless jumping for people who want/need to read them all).

I worded that conquest part rather horribly. I'm more referring the consequences of the battle. What happens if the Sky team beats the Water Team in a battle? Do they gain land or is it more bragging rights? Philosophies mean little when it comes to war (doesn't mean you can't use them). In conquest type games, battles take place on a random location, and the player who wins gains that area (and perhaps some players to their side). The goal is often to take the king down as fast as possible so that they can take full control of the kingdom. In a more friendly battle game, the outcome of a single battle doesn't mean much, but the number of victories will eventually determine the winning team. Think of this one more as how sports teams play off against each other.

I usually don't intrude in other people's RPS, but the solution to this is simpler than you think. I pretty much just designed one battle a chapter in the FE thing I did and things seemed to flow rather smoothly whenever I was constantly posting. Instead of trying to make recaps of battlefields, it might be better to separate this into a barracks section and a battlefield section. I think the big thing you guys need to rethink is the battleground itself tbh. Does it all take place in some barren wasteland in the middle or does the land vary depending on what kingdom it's closer too (aka Home turf) giving one side the advantage. The other thing I'm not sure about is if the goal is conquest or just friendly battles.

I don't remember the exact numbers, but shards are the most common followed shortly by heart scales (though both will be very easy to obtain outside of digging soon). Stones/Evolution items are the next step up being a bit more rare (will also be purchasable very soon though) followed by the rare items. Plates, Odd Keystone, Oval Stone, and the fossils are the things you should be trying to aim for first. The fossils available are the Helix Fossil (don't resurrect until after the Order of the Helix event), Dome Fossil, Claw Fossil, Root Fossil, Armor Fossil, and Shield Fossil. Once get one of each of the rare items I mentioned just focus on getting shards and heart scales. You will go through those things faster than a Greninja changes types.

Reborn used to have them, but they were removed quite a long time ago (episode 9 I believe). It drags the game to the point it's nearly unplayable especially due to the sheer amount of events going on in some places. The PC boxes would also crash quite often though you can still access them. I don't recommend them because of how many times the game will crash.

Strat, I really hate to bring up arguements again, but I really am weary on Ditto due to it's Doppelganger fighting style. I'm not against someone having a Ditto as an extra or something, but when it comes to fighting, a shit ton of issues arise. The first issue of all issues it that Ditto can technically transform into any Pokemon freely which is god-modding no matter how you put it. Even sticking to the games allowing it to transform into the opponent, there's another huge issue within that. You'd basically be at the mercy of the opponent because you are technically using their Pokemon and their strategies. The other big thing is that Ditto is a very boring Pokemon to face. You already know what it's going to do because the opponent is often going to try the same thing or something similar dragging a battle out. If anything, it's more of a waste of time because one or the other is just barely going to end regardless meaning it's usually a draw. I'd rather just avoid Ditto altogether because of all the issues that arise, but it's really up to Dobby, Jory, and Chim whether or not they're okay with it and how it'd work.

Have you seen celebrity autographs? I highly doubt something like that would be the reason for being fired. Actually, they'd probably use something like that to increase your popularity by exaggerating it.

I hate to do this, but I think I'm going to drop out of the RP as well. It's really not my style and I'm sure how noticeable it is, but it's like a struggle to get a post out like every single time. I want to make a good length post, but I'm lucky to get a couple lines out. Sorry to bail on you all like this, but this has been going on in my mind for a long time now.

My mother would be like, "YOU ACTUALLY REMEMBERED!" We kind of agreed to trade gifts we're going to give my sister for her birthday considering mine was $50 more instead of me trying to buy something for her. Kind of a win-win situation. Honestly, buying something nice is the only thing I could suggest, or at least something she likes.
