However, the guy who should be letting me in is still telling I need to fight Brutus, when I thought I have unless I mistook a different person for him. Could someone screenshot where he should be or if there are steps after beating him? This is after I completed the whole gang event, and before I have fought the gym leader. Thanks in advance, You can fight Brutus anytime in Blackview city.To find Brutus,go south of Blackview Fight House.You will find 3 people around the fire.One of them is Brutus. In Cellia, every sixth (I think) battle should be a random Elite trainer. I don't think there are any restrictions to it, healing definitely doesn't affect it. You cannot buy deino in a credit shop.You have to defeat 5 elite trainers in Cellia city fight club .Then you need to go outside of the fight club and two trainers will be outside waiting for you and this activates a sidequest.At the end of the sidequest, the reward is a deino egg. Every 5 trainers you beat, you get to fight to 1 elite trainers. Edit:After defeating the elite trainers,talk to the judge.
