Yeah it's there. You should be able to use the exit in the west in blackview city.

Admittedly, part of that is just the chance to save Scarlett, but even aside from that I'm not quite sure what I want my team to be like. If I do restart I'm thinking final lineup of Feraligatr/Leavanny/Staraptor/Toxicroak/Starmie/Flygon Torterra/Scolipede/Togekiss/Slowbro/Darmanitan/Aggron I'm also debating Greninja, but TM availability makes a good deal less useful than he could be. And how out of date is the Obtainable list? At the very least, Darumaka isn't listed there, despite my clearly having one without trading.

She will be available at the docks of blackview for the quest to continue. For the keys, I think one was in the ice pyramid in silver forest and the other was in a cave in silver rise.

In my first playthrough, she wasn't back at the entrance to Blackview and I never saw her again, in my second playthrough, she was there and I don't think I did anything differently, so if she's not where she first met you and you want to continue the sidequest, I think you're gonna need to have someone fix your savefile for you.

I'm assuming you mean I don't need the bow if I chose to give the stone to Nova,right?I gave the stone to Shiv however.Unless you mean there is a way to save her without the bow and by giving the stone to Shiv
