At Agate Circus you can buy them for 10k iIrc (unless they removed that). Otherwise you can only find them as items on the ground, in rocks and you get 1 random shard by beating the grinding clown at Agate Circus

Enter the Gym, go into the left hallway and at the end of it where it seems to lead to a dead end you will find it is a doorway locked, the key unlocks it, inside that room Magneton can become Magnezone by levelling up in there, I think there was an item in there but definitely an event pokemon (you have to catch it in battle so I would save first)

ok so the main thing you want to do is go to places that have been upgraded to look almost like a new location and the people are random so try talking to everyone

and I can't remember the 5th person i found they were literally all random people I talked to

Goomy is in the GUM room in the Water Treatment Center. You get the key to that room after you renovate the Obsidia Slums.

In Ametrine you can change the forms of your Rotom using data chips. The quest for Rotom has always been in the Abandoned Powerplant.
