Masquerain 6
You can see in the few screenshots that the graphics already look a bit more advanced than XY, even if not THAT much, they still look a bit more 3d. Every pokemon game so far holds an empty space in its size (and the size is 2gb). The 3ds has the capacity for much more than people think and it's fully plausible for us to get a 2region game. The reason why I believe we might return to Kalos is because they link a "far away region" to it, there's also the unused train station, there is the sundial and the NPC at anistar mentioning the fact that this other region has moondials. There's Zygarde and Volcanion too of course. Kalos doesn't have to be the same. It could be smaller, it could be years before xy or years after. Its plot also can be a side story like say.. looker missions, but about team flare and zygarde. There is no concrete evidence for 2 regions at this point, but there are hints you can theorize from. Personally, I hope we get a 2 region game, it's been a while and it would make everyone happy that they won't ditch zygarde
mwijsman 0
I have some decent expectations of Sun and Moon because this is the 20th year of Pokémon, maybe that's just me being foolish but one can hope.
Masquerain 6
I'll be happy with anything on Delta episode lvl of quality and storytelling tbh
mwijsman 0
I'll be happy with anything on Delta episode lvl of quality and storytelling tbh Not gonna lie I kinda disliked the Delta episode, it felt like the story telling went from 3 to 10 in just one tower visit. sure it was interesting but the sheer amount of exposition ZInnia gave was overkill. Maybe if they manage to avoid the infodumps but they still keep the quality of the story it would make Sun/Moon greet games
Masquerain 6
Well, it sure beats the lack of ..any info in XY, so if they take the story to a deeper level and balance it out throughout the entire game, it'll be lovely. There is a crapton of potential for Sun and Moon, I just hope they don't miss out on it
mwijsman 0
If they can balance the information and make a good villain team, Sun and Moon would instantly be leaps and bounds better then X/Y will ever be
Eagleby18 95
It's around that time of month for Corocoro to leak, maybe now we can actually learn SOMETHING about the game.

Masquerain 6
I think coro leaks around mid-month so maybe next week.. I expect it to announce the games themselves and maybe give us some new screenshots
mwijsman 0
Maybe they will leak the box art or something? Hype is bound to be inbound.
Masquerain 6
Hope we'll at least see a pokemon or sumfin
NeoDarklight 0
Eh. So long as they announce the starters, and some new mechanic, whatever it may be, I will be satisfied. Honestly, I just hope they don't rush it and make a subpar game as a result of the backlash from Youkai Watch beating out Pokemon in Japan.
Eagleby18 95
Well, according to the guy who runs Serebii, Corocoro's already leaked, and there wasn't so much as a single word about these games.
Masquerain 6
Won't believe that until I see the scans
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch 1650 Posted March 11, 2016 Global Mods Share Posted March 11, 2016 I don't see anywhere that says that on Serebii's website or Twitter.
Eagleby18 95
Here's the link https://twitter.com/JoeMerrick/status/708239018060881920 All it has is stuff about Tretta, the card game, and a Volcanion event (Japan only of course). Nothing about Sun and Moon.
Masquerain 6
Okay, the scans are out... it was true..What a disappointment

bepe 9
Eh, as long as we can use it on showdown I'll be happy. I just want something to mix up the meta game a bit.
Masquerain 6
Pokémon The next image from CoroCoro has leaked showcasing the limit of what is in CoroCoro for Sun & Moon. In this small bit of information, it promises that from next month, special features on Sun & Moon will begin. This will begin in the issue that is released on April 15th 2016. We'll bring more as it comes. From Serebii's next corocoro image leaks ^ So wellp... April guys
Tsunayoshi 0
Was I the only one that in the end of the video revealing the games, when they were going through the games from the beginning till today and then said "and it all comes together in an all new pokémon adventure" was I the only one who thought "OOOOOH CRAAAAAAP!! Traveling to the previous regions?!?!?!?"? o:

Many people had your thoughts. I wouldn't give that phrase too much meaning though. I take it more as a "all of our progress culminates in these new games"

I take it more as a "all of our progress culminates in these new games" Yeah, your analysis does make more sense. Besides a pokémon game where you can revisit all previous regions would probably take quite a while to produce and since it's something so big, if it ever does happen it should probably be Pokémon's last masterpiece(unless they somehow manage to milk this cow till the end of days which is very unlikely). Masquerain 6
To me, a game with all regions would not be good for the simple reason that in order to stuff 6..7?regions in one game, they'd have to deprive them of a meaningful plot and just give them some side thing like gsc's kanto. Then as mentioned, you have a level cap of 100.. Most pokemon learn all their moves by level 6x or 7x.. anything further just seems... yeah , just for the sake of achievement. I don't see how they could ever make a game with all the places... Well, they actually could, just not in your traditional way. IF one day Pokemon stops being popular and profitable, they could finally connect the web of timelines they're weaving..and have been apparently weaving, and make this one single plot that revolves around the timelines, connecting all the worlds and giving you a mission to visit every place, be it briefly, and non-traditionally. As I see it, that's the only way they could ever make a good all-regions game
