Im playing rejuv on insane difficulty (i kinda regret it to be honest...) and after like 20 tries on narcissa im finally on valerie and im getting super wrecked atm. My team: Honchkrow (46) -Sassy- Foul Play Feint Attack Wing Attack Taunt Ampharos (45) -Adamant- Discharge Thunder Wave Thunderpunch Confuse Ray Greninja (44) -Quiet- Water Pulse Smack Down X-Scissor Bounce Tangrowth (44) -Lonely- Giga Drain Knock off Stun Spore Ancientpower Hariyama (45) -Jolly- Knock off Fake out Vital Throw Bulk up Granbull (43) -Bashful- Play Rough Headbutt Rock Smash Bulk up I have unshadowed every pokemon i could get so far. My starter was Typhlosion which is kinda useless at the moment. So yeah..im getting wrecked really fast. Her pokes are higher level than mine and any special attack she does destroyes me in 1-2 hits (per poke). My ampharos can probably tank 2 of her pokemon and that's pretty much it. berlyda Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 The key to Valerie is to stall out the Politoed's rain. You could try having Ampharos use Thunder Wave and Confuse Ray, then spam Super Potions. Just don't let it faint. After that Ampharos and Tangrowth should make short work of her. berlyda Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 (edited) Ah yeah, I used a Light Screen Prankster Meowstic so my Tangrowth could tank those. Prankster Meowstic is very useful in general, I recommend it. You can get Espurr from the Casino, and Light Clay from mining. Otherwise just get a Quagsire like ShingSt said. I can't seem to get out of B7... Are you sure. You can just go through the dimenstional rift and you go and grind up at the breeder at the teriku-whatever shore and get gud with the grinding. Shing Posted May 11, 2015 Share Posted May 11, 2015 (edited) Just in this case. If you really need a move tutor, you can go and download the version 4-4 btw. Since your team moves is really low level. In version 5, the move tutor got axed to end of the game in this version. You team is pretty weak against Valerie. But not impossible. Keep Greninja, Toxicroak(Maybe), Granbull and Pidgeot. Your team is going be easliy swept by lanturn. You should get a quagsire for perfect counter. It learns earthquake at 36 and you can get a wooper/quagsire in goldenwood or route 3 by fishing. Just grind the pokemon at the breeder in the boat. Top floor control room: Right side 1.1 - Left side 2.1 - Left side 3.1 - Left side You can tell which side it shifts to if you look closely, just try to get all the floors like this. Once you start skipping floors, for ex: jumping from the top floor all the way down to the 2nd floor, you know that you are progressing. These are signs that you have lined up the Top floor with the first floor, causing you to go straight to the second floor. Remeber to use the blue panels everytime you shift a floor and wanna test it out.
