What level (of the building) is the dimensional rift? I've gone up and down through all the levels and I can't find it. EDIT: Nevermind, found it! thanks!

I'm at Angie right now and I'm definitely under levelled for her. Is there any way to get back to the boat so I can grind? I can't seem to get out of B7...
