where can i download patch 10?

Just defeated both of the puppet masters and the game froze, so i quick saved and reloaded the game to see if it would fix it and it hasn't, any ideas how to fix this. i've put my save file in this incase anyone needs it to fix it thanks Game.rxdata

i'm stuck on ??? in kristiline town help centre, i accepted the quest and he says he's on terajuma shore, but i go there and nothing happens i even checked the jungle but htere was nothing any help?
