    I encountered the same issue, somehow got it to open by moving around the other rooms, lowering/bringing in the water generally messing around. I couldn't seem to repeat the fix even following the same steps so sorry I can't help more

    I meant restored shadow pokemon, but now I realize a monotype guide isn't really the place for it. I'm really glad you made this up, it is super handy to have on hand. Thanks!

    I think you should put in a shadow typing too, if anyone wants to try that out. Does each chapter correlate to the same badge i.e. chapter 4 = up to badge 4?
