hello, how do can i reach spectral kiki? the path is blocked by a boulder which can't be pushed with strength. i read something about a boulder you have to push down to crush it. I'm lost.

Hey guys, i was trying to breed a froakie with ice beam but failed at it. Is it disabled? (breeding TM moves not my froakie ) cause the father got ice beam but the move wasnt passed to froakie. Is there anything i might forget about? Thanks!
