    You can find Chansey in the bottom right Labyrinth area it is a 1% encounter. Torcoal can be found in the upper middle area in the rock smash rocks it is a 6% encounter.

    The building is at the Oceana Pier in East Gearen City in the bottom left corner.

    The Team Randomizer mode resets your Pokemon's experience after each battle. I don't know if it is supposed to be like that but it's pretty annoying.

    You have to go back to Gearen City and find Venam.

    There seams to be no problem with your save. Maybe downloading the game again helps.

    You have a Shadow Pokemon in your party you can`t use those in Gym battles.

    I think you have to finish the main story before you can complete this sidequest.

    Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds like you just started the game and have yet to beat the first Gym Leader. At the start of the game you only get access to East Gearen City, so you wouldn´t be able to do the Help Center quests from West Gearen City.

    You can switch between maps with the page up/page down keys.

    Get a pokemon with Compound Eyes in your first party slot and a pokemon with frisk in your second party slot. Faint the one in the first slot and you are ready to hunt held items. Compound eyes increases the chance of finding a wild pokemons held item and Frisk will tell you if the pokemon is holding an item so you don´t have to catch it every time.

    You can get a Razor Fang from wild Bruxish. You can surf to Evergreen forest from Akuwa Town just look at your map and you should know where to go.
