Update: Getting the hang of it now. I'm starting to see the real appeal of this game now  

Friends pushed me to finally try it. It's basically a whole sandbox there's so many things to do

@Candy And that's a valid opinion. Obviously, the anime is not going to be everyone's cup of tea and that's okay. The main problem lies on people discrediting it's worth just because of it's popularity. Sure, the story isn't something new but anime is more than just the plot, to me at least. I have never, ever seen something like Episode 19 in all my years of watching anime and that episode alone deserves the accolades that it has achieved. It's just saddening for it be branded as "overrated" when it had done so much good to deserve the praise. Ufotable's effort in this show is to not be wasted upon.

@Wolfox Sadly, that did contributed to it and also mitigated a lot of hate to the anime too.

If we’re really being honest, DS is mostly comparable to most of the shows that they’re referring to as the best. Winning was a tad bit overkill, but it did deserved to get nominated at least. Saying things like “it’s only getting awarded because it got too famous” does not erase the fact that it is a beautiful piece of animation as well. Apparently, the fact that it was “only recently released in 2019 and can’t be compared to the OG good ones” makes it not a contender for those awards. People are just out here smoking.

Hard agree. Mad annoying as well to think they have “good taste” when they rather have a bland plot and trash mc to get the award instead  

The rengoku train arc will unfortunately take a while. Meanwhile I feel like the manga is close to the ending and it’s soo early for that to happen yet

@SilverAngelus I ordered a different model apart from the base one because it was a really good deal. Apparently when it comes to customized units, it takes 3-4 weeks to ship. So yes we will dig in to our grave for now till it comes..

Oh okay. For an alpha, it already has a lot of content which is good to see. It’s almost a finished game that just needs a bit tweaking.

Treating it as V1 with V2 being the full game.
