Some of these ZZ and Pyramid fights...... A different team loadout might have help in some case, but some were just brutal regardless. I'm glad I don't mind using items, since those herbs have been getting some use. The rift fight has been about the easiest so far thanks to Poison Powder.
I might be getting near the end, Flo-Ryl down. It's definitely been a similar but different experience compared to my V9/10 playthrough. At least there are still a good many sidequests to still do after this episode is complete.
Not a quote per say, but damn was this moment/line/image funny. Corsala forgoes a crest and just cuts you

"Who needs Trainers when you've got KNIVES?!
...
"I'm... all out of
HPknives."Seriously, though, between this scene and the Throat Chop Move Tutor, I can't help but wonder if someone on the dev. team has had some sort of bad encounter with corsola at some point. Hmm...
Also, those security magneton need to friggin' chill. Definitely not a fan of getting nuked into oblivion every other round, ya know?

I wish I had known this during the Q&A thread, since that would have been a good ask.
No kidding. Those thing completely took me off guard by one-shotting (or close to) my two opening mons. I honestly had a better time with Ren/Aelita's teams. I looked on the 100% guide to maybe see if it mentioned what they were holding and was shocked to see it written they "aren't too tough".......then I remembered the guide was written with Normal in mind, not Intense. They must have really gotten buffed.
It probably didn't help that my team was a tad mismashed since I was trying to get the last few to level 85 and didn't expect to run into anything THAT tough before coming across a PC again.
Hey, I won another round of 'accidentally beat up your friends while under the enemy's influence'. Not glass factory, but definitely same theme of friendly fire.

I... didn't think to ask until after it closed, personally. Whoops.
I play Normal, and the only time a magnedrone didn't wipe the floor with my team was the battle where one had the misfortune of being paired with a golurk. Whichever Garufan engineer thought that "just let them OHKO each other to give invaders a fighting chance" was a good idea really ought to have been demoted...
That said, they certainly wouldn't be a problem if you happened to have access to powerful Ground moves of your own. Since I didn't (and admittedly still don't) have a single Ground Type on my rotation... the results speak for themselves.
So, uh, that was an instance where it's in the player's best interest to lose. Granted, there's really only a couple of Karma points on the line, and we're still not quite sure significant those will wind up being, but still... It does result in the fight wielding the single most malicious use to the Telepathy Ability I have ever seen, which wasn't exactly a nice discovery given the situation. Between that and its Crest, that dang alien stayed on the field far longer than it had any right to...
