    Wow, Mr. Heck Kaiser absolutely refuses to drop any Claws, but he'll drop plenty of Cyberdark Dragons......despite having plenty from last time. 

     

    Aside from him dropping the new Cannons and old Dragons, he hasn't dropped any of the base Cyberdarks.  I'm glad I don't have to rely on this event to get them with these drop rates.

      Stardust, besides being my favorite card, is more of a utility card that can still be seen in TCG Synchro based decks due to being a decently easy negate that returns and restocks itself. And at the very least it's better than most other Signer Dragons (Ancient Fairy is good tho, RDA is just a 3K beatstick, Blackwinged is... yeah. Powertool is pretty good but LifeStream isn't)

      fair enough. its definitely not that its a bad card, though. maybe it will see more use in the future.

      the main issue it has is being limited to Effect Destruction. something that it's retrain/manga counterpart (Stardust Spark Dragon) has no issues with as that just blocks 1 monster from being destroyed once during the turn.
