      Yeah, I don't get it.  Still better than Topez Tiger, since it's useful.

       

      If only skill drops were this lucky..........or URs that I actually want.

      to be fair, you just got two prismatics in one week of the drop that is by far the best from arkana, and probably one of the best legendary duelist drops overall atm. I think youve used up all that luck LOL.
