until the 12th to qualify for stage 2, yeah. though all the gems, not just the majority, all of them, are handed out in stage 1. stage 2 is basically for ranked tickets and for the best duel links players in the world (or the ones with the most time) to get their qualification for the world cup.

crowler is pretty good, though his gears used to be much better than they are now. during the first kc cup in the gx era, ancient gears were the most-used deck in stage 1 and the second-most used deck in stage 2 fucking cyber angels, but atm they wont see any of that popularity anymore. the last few boxes (especially abyss encounters) has introduced so many powerful decks that ags have kind of been forced out of the meta. hitting legend with them ought to still be possible, but after that they just hit a brick wall.

Well, that's good, since gem's are what I'll be going for mostly......I'm assuming those are special tickets instead of the regular PVP fare?

I actually think theyre like regular ranked tickets, but I might be wrong. that being said, players that get a high score in stage 2 (hard) end up getting multiple sr and ur tickets, some of which prismatic, so it has some use I guess.
