  1. Dani and Joan. Dani chuckles a little at Komachi's comment, nodding a little bit. He takes a few moments to think about the question of how they did get there anyway, but in the end just shrugs. "Yeah, I'm clueless as well. I mean, usually we take business class, but I guess that wouldn't cut it. Maybe it was some weird death god thing..." Rory Rory looks confused at the newly opened hole in his back. Clearly it wasn't like, an actual attack, or else they'd have followed through right? But.... Maybe it was the girl... Yeah probably was. Still wasn't the worst acquaintance he's had though. With a shrug, and a new idea to ask for a bandage, Rory continues on to the palace.
  2. Thankfully, Francis appreciates someone that's enthusiastic about their job. He quickly nods at the last option. "Yes, I would in fact like to know more! Is Flickrush the sport that uses Dream Eaters?"
  3. Francis nods and starts to go over to the booth before pausing and turning back. "Ah, terrible sorry but two questions before I leave you. One, What is a dream eater? I've never heard of such a creature before. I'm not from around here you see. And two... I'm curious about that antenna, could you tell me it's purpose? Or better yet, let me study it!?" Francis' tone approaches a more eager and excited one as he makes his request to study the creature's antenna based organ, something that would likely make any sane person refuse just out of good sense.
  4. Francis looks between the two creatures, before approaching the one with the balloon first. They were odd to say the least, but... perhaps the antenna was a sensory organ? Possibly it could act as a way to sense vibrations in the air and warn of incoming dangers. Or maybe it was a weapon, possibly a vestigial one. After all, tails could be used as such, and if it was hard and weighty enough it'd serve it's purpose admirably... Maybe if he asked nicely it'd allow him to dissect it.... Shaking that thought from his head, Francis put out a hand in a friendly handshake towards the creature. "Greetings my good.... Ahem, Is this the Coliseum by chance? I saw an ad talking about it and while I'm not the type for wanton violence, I do offer services as a doctor for free!"
  5. Francis was almost disappointed... but only almost. A Coliseum! A perfect place for a man of his skills! After all, there'd be injured people in need of medical attention. And of course, they might just let him have some lopped off limbs or interesting organs for transplants! Only taking enough time to memorize how to get to said coliseum, Francis jogs off a new manic grin growing on his face.
  6. Francis nods. Well, he was used to working alone! So alone he would work! With that, the doctor spins on his heel and leaves to find this mysterious "Job Board".
  7. Arminius internally curses, wishing he had a notebook or something to write down that revelation. If he could possibly cure mental ailments simply by severing physical ties, why not other people? And... Well, that can wait until later. In the meantime, Arminius silently walks back into New Home, both to give the two some privacy and also to inform Asgore of his success.
  8. Francis nods, looking thoughtful as he looks around. Finally he looks back to Kusuke resolutely. "Well my sharply dressed comrade, perhaps you would like to join me in diagnosing the nature of what ails this world? If not, being pointed towards where I might find others in our line of work would be greatly appreciated! ... By the way, do you foresee getting slashed in the future?"
  9. Francis smiles as he gives the Neopponese man a firm handshake. "I assume so. Fate has a funny way of bringing people on similar quests together and I suppose..." Francis doesn't release Kusuke's hand as he looks up thoughtfully, rubbing his chin. This would be an ideal time for Kusuke to note that one, it's likely he would need to pull his hand out of the man's grip if he wanted it released before he finished thinking; and two the doctor was apparently entirely unarmed, and thus was either safe, or had some form of hidden combat talent.... Probably the latter as he didn't seem to have ever been in a proper fight as a combatant at least. Turning back to Kusuke the odd man seems to shrug. "Well, I imagine what happened was that I rolled over and fell out of bed in just such a way that I managed to fall through a hole in reality which got me to wherever that recording was, and then finally popped me out here! So! Is there some grand plan for what we're doing here? A plan to use our talents to assist in the plight of those in need? Possibly some great war in progress that needs all the assistance possible to bring it to a halt?" Dr. Fenstermacher looks positively giddy as he lists off the possibilities, slowly pacing away before turning on his heel and stopping with a clap, grinning at Kusuke with an almost too pleased expression.
  10. Francis groans as he rolls over, doing a mental tally of his remaining limbs and digits and coming up on short! After a moment of panic where he nearly tears off one of his boots, his memories catch up to his brain and he chuckles to himself, remembering that he hasn't had ten toes in months. With his limbs all confirmed to be firmly attached and no apparent head trauma other than what he already had, the doctor stands up, stretch and rubbing his back where his surgery kit had been digging into it. Doing a quick check of his pockets he confirms that yes, everything he'd been to lazy to remove the previous night was still there in what could only be a stroke of the greatest luck. Finally, he looks around now that he's confirmed that everything on his person is in order. And he's immediately met with a wave of confusion; it didn't look like any place near where he'd been at the very least.... Then Francis smiles, that just means there'd be more people to help! ... Or to run him out of town. Again. Putting that thought out of his mind, Francis looks over the individuals loitering around, before approaching the one that looked the least threatening. "Greetings! I'm Doctor Francis Fenstermacher. Could you perhaps tell me where it is that I've ended up?" Francis briefly considers that maybe they won't understand him, but pushes that thought aside for later.
  11. Arminius, now fairly well assured that he won't be torn apart by a tiger man, walked closer to Nader and patted him on the shoulder. "Well, if I were you, I'd be counting my lucky stars. There was a uh... chance that you'd also be a woman now... Actually, probably not.... I'd have to do research on that using someone who would normally be subject to becoming an alp and.... Ooh, this by itself opens some interesting.... Right, getting ahead of myself. Main reason I brought you back first is so that I could get some help picking up materials for the rest of the bodies we need made. I imagine you aren't going to be busy with anything bar needing some more mana in you to jump start the process of producing it yourself if need be. Actually, do you have any questions about your new body? I can probably answer a fair deal of them."
  12. Arminius looks concerned at this turn of events for a few moments, before stepping out of reach of Nader just in case he's displeased as they say in the business.
  13. Arminius mentally kicks himself for even thinking he'd need to obligate Asgore. Whatever his feels about this were, the man is a big softy in pretty much every aspect. Well, no mater. With the matter of a body resolved, Arminius gives Asgore a nod and goes to begin the revival process with Nader.
  14. Once there, Arminius looks for Asgore. Upon most likely finding the monster in question he politely requests to speak with him in private before informing him of the situation and requesting to use some of his essence for the process. He doesn't outright say it, but he heavily implies that Asgore does kind of owe it to them. And besides, it would really make Lucine happy.
  15. Arminius groans, running a hand through his hair before changing his path. "Fine! Then I have a an even better idea. You just stay here and have a list ready when we get back." Alphys can hear a mumble to the tune of "He owes it to him anyway." as Arminius stomps towards New Home.
  16. Arminius' expression doesn't change as he processes what Alphys said about trying to bring a flower to life. So unchanging it is, that one can almost feel a progress bar loading as he slowly connects some dots, his jaw clenching subtlely and his hands shaking as they form fists. He seems to almost reach a breaking point before closing his eyes and taking a breath. "Oh, well one had apparently been stuck as a flower after he uh... died. A little uh, yellow one with a white center? Pretty common around here it seems. Apparently, his soul fractured at some point and he got real mean since he attacked me, Rachel, and the kid when we got here but I uh... sucked out his soul.... But uh, the kid convinced me to put him in a doll and.... Well, that leads into Chara. Chara became a ghost when they died apparently, and had been following the kid around. Eventually, they told me about it so I used some of Toriel's essence to make them whole and uh... I'm still not sure what happened after that, but they got Asriel back. You might want to ask Frisk, they'd probably know better than me. But first... Wanna plug me into the Core?" Arminius tilts his head toward the door, beginning to walk towards said structure so Alphys doesn't have time to make him comprehend how this may be a bad idea.
  17. Arminius nods, gesturing for Sindragosa to take the body. "... Hm. You know, I wonder... My runes can cobble a body together using just the ambient mana it's collected from me and enough of a powerful soul... I wonder if I there's anything similar around here I could use for this.... Uh, the reasoning being, it'd likely result in the body feeling more natural for Nader as it'd technically be natural." Arminius looks to Alphys curiously, seeing if she would have a suggestion.
  18. Arminius nods, finally looking up from the ground after the first arc had done it's damndest to blind him. It kind of succeed too, the human slowly shuffling over to try and avoid tripping in the unfamiliar environment. However he soon reaches his target and gives a nod at the shape. "Yep this ought to do nicely... Hey you think you'd- actually, I'll ask later. Now where's the soul gone? No point to the body without a soul right? ... Well, unless you ask some of the wizards I've known, but they're weird."
  19. Arminius shakes his head. "Definitely don't skimp on this. Hm... I guess I could go out and try to get the rest of what you need if you give me a list. It'd take a while by myself, but it does seem like everyone else is busy... Oh!" Arminius snaps his finger excitedly as he thinks of something. "We could get Nader suited up, and then I could have him help me get the rest of the stuff we need. That should speed up the trip a bunch!"
  20. Arminius looks to Sindragosa before waving for her to go deliver the materials. "If you need help, I could got with you. It wouldn't be any trouble to do so." Well, he wasn't eager to have a close encounter with one of the bitey bird things again, but he wasn't about to say that.
  21. Arminius nods, taking a slight step back from the uh... monster. "Oh well... I could try to unmerge them at some point if you think it'd be safe... Anyway, I was just unloading some stuff you could be able to use for the robots. Do you have somewhere you want me to put them?"
  22. Travis looks thoughtful for a moment before shrugging. "Well, I mean, depends on the area you mean. We still use Simo Haya's mindmap to improve the abilities of one of the rifle model T-dolls, and it's around then when the world governments started learning about how to produce the technology we use today like... yeah, like T-dolls and dolls in general. But if you mean like, stuff in recent memory, I think World War 3 and the Elid outbreak kind of pushed it out..." Travis taps his chin as he thinks more about the question.
  23. Arminius looks confused, having Sindragosa set down her load of... junk.... Why did they have all this stuff anyway...? Moving along mentally, Arminius looks concerned. "Oh, what happened? Was there an accident or something?"
  24. Thinking for a little while on possible plans, Aquila proposes his own. "This is probably stupid but, do you think maybe we could launch a three pronged assault? We have two token forces pin down whichever groups we deem least dangerous, then have our main force take the last one, effectively removing any threat of them getting reinforced while also protecting civilians as much as possible.... Otherwise, are there any sewers or anything we could sneak through? The element of surprise is not one to be ignored, especially against numerically superiour numbers... or... something..."
  25. Arminius is going to grab the 4 phones, the steel, The Gold Styrofoam, 2 mystic urn fragments, and... The lunch box, along side 5000 dollars cash to build robot bodies for the souls and bring them to Alphys.
