  1. Overall, your team members movesets/items look good, and it seems reasonably balanced. The one thing I have noticed on your team is that you have a very obvious ground weakness with muk, arcanine, and magnezone getting hit super effectively. You also don't seem to have any strong fighting type coverage on your team as well. So, I would suggest a flying type since it would help to alleviate both of those issues. Crobat, Noivern, Aerodactyl, Togekiss, Honchrow, and Staraptor are all very strong flying types, just to name a few. I haven't personally used Muk in game, but of the 6 you have listed it is probably the one you should most consider replacing. Muk is a little 1-dimensional as a poison type, despite having good bulk and moveset overall. In game, having perfect IV's and EV's are not necessary, although spending the time to breed for the better stats does make the game play easier. At this point I personally wouldn't retrain all of them unless I really had to; it's much easier finding a good pokemon and starting from scratch than retraining in my opinion. Hope this helps!
  2. In the previous episode (episode 15) weather changed day by day. In the current version, weather is supposed to vary region by region, and change every 8 hours iirc. However, it doesn't work properly, and you often get stuck with the same weather for extended periods of time. Some members have been able to change the weather by changing the date and time on their computer, but I personally haven't been able to do so. TL; DR - weather is broken right now
  3. The planned in game team you have looks good, but avoid noibat/noivern until your in game level limit is at 50. Prior to actually evolving noibat, it is useless. In addition, you can catch decent level noibats by that point in the game so there isn't as much grinding as you'd expect to get a noivern.
  4. Sure, I'm up for a battle. Just PM me once you are ready
  5. Overall the members you have listed here are very good. As far as water types go, swampert is one of the better ones you can get in game at this point, so I wouldn't worry about swapping him out at this point. If you are to train a electric type, I'd suggest either magnezone or ampharos. Magnezone/magneton works as a phazer with thunder wave and has some excellent moves to back up his crazy special attack stat. Ampharos slower and more of a tank, but it still hits really hard. It also gets a number of coverage moves that Magnezone/magneton does not get. I analytic and sturdy are two very good abilities that go with magnezone as well. As far as grass types go, contrary Serperior is an overpowered beast, but I haven't used it myself. If you don't want to trade for one, I'd probably suggest a lilligant as another option for a grass type. Also, don't be afraid of training a couple of extra pokemon to put in rotation. They give you a lot more options and it can really help to switch around teams a bit if you get stuck. Good Luck!
  6. iirc piloswine/swinub are in the ice caverns that lead to ametrine but not in the city grass, so you might want to check those too
  7. After messing around a bit with your team I think the easiest way is to attempt to sweep after setting up on togekiss. Mystical fire 6 times with delphox makes togekiss useless, and then you can use any pokemon you want to set up and sweep. The problem is none of your pokemon can learn both a speed boosting move and boost attack/special attack at the same time. Gardevior is ideal since it has calm mind, but you only have one x-speed to use on it, and it's not quite enough to outspeed archeops. I think two x-speed would allow you to sweep all at once, but I don't remember where you can get another. Since you don't seem to have much in the way of replacements, I'd suggest getting a shell smash crustle since it should easily sweep with rock wrecker, assuming it gets enough shell smash boosts to out speed all the pokemon. As per the above suggestion, if you want to use mamoswine I would suggest putting trick room on delphox so mamoswine can always hit first. Trick room should be handy in general since you are consistently getting outsped by ciel's pokemon. Either way, I think you probably need to do at least a little grinding
  8. Common candy isn't used to level up your pokemon. They are used to level down pokemon so you don't get stuck over the level limit. You need rare candies, which are sold as well at the candy shop. Those sell for 20,000 apiece.

    Monorun?

The pokemon you choose to work with are up to you. There is a Request-a-Mon thread somewhere here on the forums for monoruns, where you can specify any pokemon you want for the run, even unobtainable ones. However, I'd stick with the current obtainable list though if you want a challenge. Whether or not you choose to include trading is up to you. My personal preference is to be able to iv breed and ev train all of the pokemon that I am going to use, so I've spent a lot of time working my pokemon up from scratch. However, past the point of no return I can't really iv breed, and I'm fairly certain that I will need some pokemon that usually are not available at that point to deal with the gym leaders that I will face through that section. So I've done a little trading to get pokemon that I will be otherwise unable to obtain/breed to beat said gym leaders. Other than that, I am trying to limit myself to one of each of the obtainable types up to that point. Good luck with your run!
  10. About a 6/10 Because all of those memeheads are bugging me. But I'll add an extra 1 for creativity. So 7/10
  11. Just a FYI, you can go back to the main island from the same boat you came from, and as many times as you like. In game they say that the poisonous water will wear away at the boat, but in reality that doesn't happen. So you can do all the IV breeding and EV training you like for this gym. First, battle the gym and make adjustments from there. You may not need to change the team up too much to get the win. And at this point, I think it's fine if you have the Emboar carry; it will just need to be fixed later. And I've found most gym/boss battles are down to the last pokemon in this game, with a couple of exceptions. Team Comments: For this gym, I'd honestly box noibat and get a simple calm mind woobat from the underground railnet. Even as a flying type, noibat's stats are so low that it's basically useless against Kiki. I don't remember what the level limit is at this point, but if it is 45 then you could level up noibat to 46 and then get 2 rare candies from the sweet kiss candy store to get a noivern, and then level back down again. As Combat Medic said, Meowstic is also a good option. These are optional for this gym: For a far better steel type with the same type coverage as Klang, I'd get a magnemite from Shade's gym and train it up. Sturdy magneton/magnezone has gotten me out of quite a few sticky situations just by getting an attack off. You can also get a skorupi from the railnet to replace the arbok you have as well. Honestly not sure what you would use to replace sudowoodo at this point, but to match with the ones previously listed I'd suggest grabbing a ground type - maybe a huge power bunnelby from the forest in jasper? I personally think growlithe is ok at this point, but replacing it is up to you. Tbh there aren't that many good water types/grass types to replace it with at this point to cover your ground weakness. TL;DR: Battle the gym first, adjust from there. Probably should drop noibat or evolve it if you can. Maybe get a magneton, drapion, and bunnelby. Growlithe should be ok for now. Hope this isn't too late and hope it helps!
  12. I have a number of mawiles that I have bred with good iv's. I also have a shiny one as well. Are you still in need of a mawile? Edit: I can't trade immediately, but I will be able to later
  13. Online Id is Peanuts. What time(s) works for you? I'll be online for about another half hour. Thanks!
  14. I'm looking for a rampardos with head smash and a heracross with megahorn (both male) so that I can breed them with aron and escavalier respectively for my steel monotype run. Iv's don't matter, I'm just looking to get the egg moves on my pokemon. In exchange, I have these shinies: Noibat, Nosepass, Mawile, Cherubi, Axew, Woobat, Wurmple, and Klink. I also have some decent iv nosepass (3iv), mawile and axew (4 iv) I don't really have any other pokemon due to the steel mono. Thanks!
  15. This is the team that I currently have with me: these are all of the pokemon that I have in rotation. All pokemon are above level 75, ev trained and have appropriate natures. My total game time is around 144 hours - I spent a fair bit of time trying to get heracross from the aventurine woods, and was stuck for a while on how to proceed. Mightyena is there as an honorary awesome shiny
  16. I think it's from post upvotes... I'll give you one
  17. Just wondering, why is this topic not pinned anywhere? I only know of it since I was on the forum during the community release, and I bookmarked the Patreon page. This post is difficult to find otherwise, and pinning it would be a good way to give it a little attention. Anyways, best of luck to you with the Patreon Ame, and I hope this works out for you! Happy Holidays!
  18. I get that the guide lists pokemon that evolve into a specified type. I just didn't realize that shelmet/karrablast had the weird trade evolutions. When I saw it on smogon, it looked like it only evolved into accelegor. Sorry about that.
