replaying the game, and couldn't Not make this when I got to weeping hill

Everytime my pokemon reach a level that should allow them to learn a new move I get an error similar to this image. none of my pokemon can learn a new move. Ive tried reinstalling both the patch and the actual game more than twice each. restarting a new file doesn't work either. even pokemon with empty move slots have this issue; they can only learn via tm. does anyone have a solution?

if by events you mean 'pokemon you gain through methods other then finding them in the grass', such as buizel, then, yes, for the most part it is. I have a shiny buizel and its an event.

hello~ I was doing my 2nd playthrough along with your guide, and I found a revive in the Jasper ward that I noticed wasnt mentioned. I thought it might be useful to list in the guide since some people might miss it, and revives are pretty important in reborn. but of course if you list it is up to you~ its on a rock after the first staircase inside Malchous Forest (when you go left at the first forked path, just near the entrance from the jasper ward) if this has already been brought to your attention I apologize!

Ive noticed that on the first page it says not to load up this version unless at a certain place; Im wondering, is it possible to start the game form this download? or would I have to download a previous version and get to that place before installing this version?
