What about an EX level that pokemon can get after level 100 that requires around 10 times as much XP as going from level 99 to level 100 but that increases the pokemon's stats by around 7 times(ish) as much as a regular level-up increases the pokemon's stats?

You should train an Ice-type, Mamoswine and Dragon Dance Lapras are the best imo, as the former can easily 2hko Gliscor and Noivern with Ice Shard while not taking too much damage, whilst the latter can effectively sweep Ciel if you set up Dragon Dance on the right pokemon (I'd suggest setting up on anything but Togekiss and Mega Altaria, and Archeops is the safest to set up on from these IF you get a switch-in while it's HP is below 50%).

Welp Jan, I looked at Reborn's Quaggy sprite and it might be too similar to my Rocky Quaggy for you. But if you don't mind, then I'll go ahead. Either way, I had yet another idea for it, and an unhealthy one too (90 FRICCIN MINUTES). Behold! A E S T H E T I C Quaggy! I also did some shiny Toges too (and I'll probably do more) (The blonde thingies on Togekiss are very likely to be changed)
