  1. If you can own an ability from the Pokemon games, which one would it be?

I'd pick Mold Breaker, so every time I enter a room, everyone will be alerted by this message. "IntSys breaks the mold!"

That's how you break the mold, everyone

      DerogatoryTrainer

      Damp.

I'd be great at defusing bombs.

    2. Okami

      Okami

      Sturdy.

If I got shot in the head or caught in a plane crash I'd be still kicking, at least a little bit.

  2. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7randombattle-504929066 Huh, that escalated quickly.
  3. Nice! I remember making something similar before, Chespin! Alright, here's some more Mega Ultra Beasts~ Mega Nihilego Ability: Parasitism - Nihilego boosts the lowest stats of every Pokemon in the trainer's party by two stages every time they're sent out, but they'll lose 1/10th HP every turn (stacks with Life Orb recoil). HP: 109 Atk: 53 Def: 47 -> 77 (+30) SpA: 127 -> 167 (+40) SpD: 131 Spe: 103 -> 133 (+30) BST: 570 -> 670 (+100) Nihilego's back at it again, extending its power throughout your team! With its ability, it will instantly make all of your Pokemon bulky! Or, for the wicked, you can intentionally lower the amount of Attack EVs on your Huge Power mons so they'll get +2 Attack! However, mega evolving it handicaps your tanks severely with the annoying recoil. So, use Mega Nihilego with care, or it might bite you back hard! As for it on its own, it can pack a decent punch as well, along with that silly speed just enough to outspeed Aerodactyl and Crobat. Symbiosis (Fast Offensive Support) Nihilego @ Nihilite Ability: Beast Boost EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Stealth Rock - Toxic Spikes - Power Gem - Sludge Wave This set capitalizes on Nihilego's supportive nature. Set up rocks and Toxic Spikes upon Mega Evolution. Power Gem and Sludge Wave are STABs of choice to capitalize on its raw power. Motherbeast (All-Out Offensive) Nihilego @ Nihilite Ability: Beast Boost EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Thunderbolt - Grass Knot - Power Gem - Sludge Wave This set capitalizes on its offensive stats completely. However, its effectiveness is still very much up to be debated. In order to sweep with Nihilego, you must pick up a kill first, but once you get over that, you're home free.
  4. considering the lifespan of these kinds of games, we're all not winning until we hit at least page 3 or something

  6. We only have snow in our highest peaks over here, and there will always be a ridiculous traffic jam along the way there, because everyone wants to see snow with their bare eyes without leaving the country. Oh well, I guess rain is good enough.

  9. Just as the name suggests, here we discuss the insanity that is Battle Tree, its sets (notably threatening ones), and its AIs. Discussion is not limited to Single Battles, though. Current Threatlist: (Empty!)

  11. Nature's Force Type: Fairy (Actually varies) Category: Special Power: 120 Accuracy: 100 Target: All foes PP: 10 Description: The user siphons the powered terrain of the battlefield and turns it into a powerful barrage of energy blasts. Type and side effects vary depending on the terrain absorbed. Removes the current terrain effect after use. Fails if there's no active terrain. Electric Terrain -> Type: Electric -> 50% chance to paralyze Misty Terrain -> Type: Fairy -> 50% chance to lower Special Attack by two stages. Psychic Terrain -> Type: Psychic -> Destroys screens, Safeguard and bypasses Protect. Grassy Terrain -> Type: Grass -> Restores 75% of the the damage dealt back to the user. Learned By: All Tapus
  12. Now THIS is fun, here goes: We are number one. This net. PPAP. I SAID ANSWERS NOT QUESTIONS I'LL BAN YOU FROM LIFE Bad memes. SiivaGunner.
  13. Mega Guzzlord Ability: Oblivion Vacuum: The opponent must survive losing 33% of their max health to attack the user with a contact move (Loses health even if the attack misses/gets blocked by Protect). HP: 223 Atk: 101 -> 121 (+20) Def: 53 -> 93 (+40) SpA: 97 -> 127 (+30) SpD: 53 -> 93 (+40) Spe: 43 -> 13 (-30) BST: 570 -> 670 (+100) Behold, Guzzlord, used to be the worst Ultra Beast despite its horrifying appearance and terrifying backstory. It now lives to its name, putting that gluttonous mouth to good use. Its new ability gives it huge amount of presence on the playing field, allowing it to take out weakened physical attackers and leave unscathed. Aside from that, it can also punish the opponent's recklessness with spamming Knock Off! Its improved stats allow it to hit harder and grant it more bulk, at the cost of 30 speed. Sample Sets: [Special] Guzzlord @ Guzzlordite Ability: Beast Boost EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD Modest Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Fire Blast - Sludge Wave - Dark Pulse [Staller] Guzzlord @ Guzzlordite Ability: Beast Boost EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Toxic - Protect - Rest - Dark Pulse Hm...would a Mega Evolution for an Ultra Beast be a Hyper Evolution instead?
  14. Tai The clumsy act of the new girl almost made him laugh out loud, but he quickly held his breath and calmed himself down. "Erm...the God's on the other side." He told the girl, subtly pointing at Ice Gryffin with his hand. Still, if you're here, you must be at least somewhat capable. I wonder if I'll be fighting her this time.
  15. Tres With every blow landed on Trish, Tres felt increasingly worried. His plan of scattering the Signal Beams was barely an efficient method of breaking down the wall, although some cracks were inflicted upon the ancient wall. At this point, it'd require at least two more barrages to make the shard come off completely, and that's too much time wasted for the electric mouse to bear! ...the wall...I just have to take down the wall! Tres charged up Signal Beam again, but instead of taking it out right around the shard, he shot a barrage of them all over the wall.
  16. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/reborn-gen7ou-74008 Gamma doesn't know how to use First Impression.
  17. Tai The cold struck Tai as soon as he arrived, if only because he only had the set meal offered to him - A humble bowl of curry rice. First impression: Not a single shred of food to be found. The Ice Gryffin's idea of Gluttony sure is weird. It's like a fridge with no food inside! He stepped forward, and tried to bow, but no matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't. After an awkward pause, he gave up. "I am Supernova. Nice to meet you," he then stepped back. Against a god...but before that, I must at least prevail against the others once!
  18. Tres "Trish, yell at me once the Raticates get faster than you!" Tres came right at the shard as fast as he possibly could. "Say, do you want to see...God?" His peck alternated between red and blue rapidly, before letting out multiple purple beams at the old wall around the cursed shard.
  19. Hm, Fidel Castro's dead.

Ironic considering the American embargo probably hurt Cuba more than whatever Castro did to hurt the US

  20. Now...behold, my four-mon team! Litten -> Torracat -> Incineroar Litten was surprisingly good. With Acrobatics available really early on, it made short work of many otherwise tough opponents. Torracat, at one point, was the fastest Pokemon on my team, and boy I need that speed. Incineroar loses the speed and becomes a bulky powerhouse, and its STABs remained potent throughout the game. It had to deal with Fire Fang as its Fire STAB for awhile, though. Slowpoke -> Slowbro Slowpoke takes a bit of time to get over its early levelup movepool, but it gets access to the early Scald TM, improving its utility. It also gets Yawn and Disable, both amazing moves against Totem Pokemon. Lastly, applying Eviolite to it transforms it into a ridiculous tank capable of walling just about anything. After evolution, Slowbro holds up to its role as a powerful tank. Getting CM allows it to patch its weaker Special Defense. It even gets Slack Off to help you save the money needed to buy Hyper Potions/Max Potions! I also gave it a Quick Claw to slightly remedy its awful speed. Fomantis -> Lurantis For a grass type, Lurantis is good. Now, you may think: Tsareena's stats excel against Lurantis in every single aspect except Special Attack. But, Tsareena's best Grass-type physical move is just Trop Kick, while Lurantis gets Leaf Blade, Petal Blizzard, and Solar Blade! It does get HJK and Acrobatics to make up for that, but still. Having solid bulk, Leech Life and Swords Dance was nice, though. Skarmory Alright, this one is probably the MVP. Skarmory, while it takes effort to grind, makes it all worthwhile with the amazing physical bulk and typing combination. For one, it walls poor Guzma completely!
  21. Bargus "Ah, the glove's fixed. I guess you've tried out the glove, too," Bargus said. "Why bring it here, though? Did you find something new about the glove?" He called one of the angel waiters nearby to switch his wine to something else.
  22. Still here, obviously Does that mean Haze somehow managed to fix the broken glove, or at least, restore its appearances?
  23. Bargus "I guess you haven't found any worthy suspects so far. For now, I suggest that we keep an eye on the guests' hands. Those special gloves seem like the best weapon for the agent to use in their mission." Bargus said.
