  1. Halley went blank for a second with the rifle pointed against her. "... Justice. Do you know why I'm doing this? IT IS- " Just before she was going to shout in Lexiel's face, Izumi stopped her in the blue. ... "Fine." She ran for the exit, charging her blaster along the way.
  2. "What?! He lives? And to think I fired a dozen at him. Whatever, the message should've gotten through. People like him deserves a rude awakening." Halley answered. "Finally, you're back. Me, Theodore, Lexiel, Mr. Bullet and Edmond are here in the bar already. We're just waiting for Izumi and you." "You were imprisoned... how did you let the bounty hunters get ya? We're lucky that they don't want your head right away. Ah, that reminds me, you can't get into the Pirates. The bouncer's keen on keeping you out. It's probably for the best, too. A group of weirdos just came into the bar, and their hands just look like that councillor's." She turned her head toward a visibly puzzled Theodore. By following his line of sight, she found a table with a headshot. She then took a closer look at the picture.
  3. "What was that? It's morning, what's up with all the people in the bar?" Halley raised the question. She looked at the armed men and women from afar, checking for possible insignia.
  4. Emmanuel's A-Comm suddenly rung. A notification. “Make sure to leave a note on your A-Comm Map of where you got the water. Apparently it makes medicine!” He took a look at the A-Comm's Map function. It was, by default, a map made of points and lines. His trail was recorded with a red line, coincidentally overlapping with the roads. He marked the forest boundary with a green line, and the crystal boundary with a purple line. Finally, he placed a blue mark in the forest clearing, indicating the location of the spring. He sent a copy of his map to Kai, along with a message: "Combine your map with mine, and send another copy back. We can then see how far apart we are."
  5. Emmanuel grabbed a small branch lying on the ground, 50 centimeters in length. He put it into his Bag and ran a basic analysis of it. "Meggie, could you show us the way to your home?" He asked. Should he get a positive answer, he would continue following her. Should he not, he would figure his way there once they get back to where they split up.
  6. Who is the real bibs? Would you consider yourself an efficient memer? What is your maximum capacity for brocrastination? What's your opinion on public transportation? How hot is "hot" for you? How cold is "cold" for you? Explain why I should eat Belgian fries over French or Irish ones. Do you host parties? Least-favorite meme? If you were allowed to trade your least-favorite Pokemon for another Reborn member's least-favorite Pokemon (as in, trading preferences), who would you trade with?
  7. *beep* The call ended with one "Understood". Halley put the phone back on the counter and turned to Lexiel again. "Good news: Izumi is coming. Bad news: I only have her number." She looked toward the entrance of the bar. "And now, we wait for'em."
  8. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/reborn-gen7redemptionsingles-84225 An experience that I'll never want to relive.
  9. "I am contacting them." Halley rolled her eyes toward the phone she was holding. "I lost contact with Visrii this morning, though. The Comm Crystals he gave me went inert for some reasons." She said. "He doesn't look like the kind to die easily, so I'm going to say he's kidnapped." She sighed, her eyes rolling to the opposite direction. "Anyway, just give me a minute." She continued waiting for the other end to answer.
  10. "Hm... nothing special. I swear it felt like it healed." Emmanuel said to himself, before putting the Oran Berries into the bag. He followed Meggie, as she seemed to know her way around these parts.
  11. Halley took the phone and dialed the number given by Solomon. She thought for a second, and decided to make a change in the plan. *beep* "Hi, Izumi. This is Halley. We're pretty much ready on this end. Meet up at the Psychedelic Pirates ASAP if you're ready as well."
  12. "Uh, I think it's better if you just ask them as you meet with them. I'm sure they can tell more about themselves than I ever could." Halley replied with a light smile, she then turned back to the bartender.
  13. You can't receive HP boosts from Mega-Evolving, just so you know. I put 10 points in Atk since it'll help with U-Turn's power, and that Noivern gets enough power and bulk with the current spread, no need to make it even more broken. Mega Meganium Type: Grass / Fairy Ability: Aroma Surge (On switch in, this Pokemon summons Safeguard. In addition, this Pokemon is immune to status effects. Rest will fail for it.) HP: 80 Atk: 82 -> 92 (+10) Def: 100 -> 130 (+30) SpA: 83 -> 108 (+25) SpD: 100 -> 130 (+30) Spe: 80 -> 85 (+5) BST: 525 -> 625 (+100) New Moves: Extrasensory (Egg Move), Dazzling Gleam (TM), Moonblast (Meganium @ Level 80), Wish (Chikorita @ Level 50) Meganium is finally back to get rid of its bad name! Compared to Mega Venusaur, it is more of an amazing cleric than a dedicated tank, but it can excel in that role too, just not as well as Mega Venusaur can. With Aroma Surge, it can grant its allies breathing room against the waves of Will-O-Wisps and Toxic that they'll face. It can also use Dragon Tail or Roar to phaze whatever may set up on it. On top of that, it can even pass Wishes, something that Mega Venusaur is unable to do. Unfortunately, Mega Meganium is not without flaws. It is incredibly vulnerable to Taunt, and is unable to dish out reasonable damage with its attacking moves, unlike Mega Venusaur. While it possesses impressive bulk, it is easily broken through with super-effective moves, especially Poison STABs. Blossoming Geranium (Cleric) The True Ultimate Weapon (Tank) Rampart Sauropod (Work Up Stallbreaker)
  14. Now that's what I call shitposting.

  15. Halley memorized the number immediately and walked to the bartender. "May I borrow your phone for a second? I need to make an urgent call." She asked the bartender.
  16. "Fine!" Halley yelled back, throwing the book on the ground. "Just, tell me the number. I'll borrow a phone later." She sighed and looked at the book. Does he treat everyone like idiots? She kicked the book away, sliding under a nearby table.
  17. Can we take a moment to appreciate Wet Moat's amazing soundtrack?
  18. "Hi, er, Mr. Bullet? My name's Halley." She hastily introduced. "Behind this door, there's this guy called Solomon. He's my only hope of further information right now. If we don't get the information we need from him, we'll have to wait in the bar for awhile."
  19. "The warehouse of- bah, never mind. Where's Izumi anyway?" Halley asked in return, her back against the door. She looked around. There were still a few people sitting about in the bar, but they didn't look like interesting individuals, nor did they look like they're bounty hunters.
  20. "Wait- " The door was slammed shut again. Halley knocked the door once more. "I'm here to pick up the grenades." She shouted. Strangely enough, Visrii did not reply through the comm crystals. He better not die. The SIN goes away with him if he does...
  21. Halley was pleasantly surprised by the fact that no one had collided with her during the course of her sleep. Maybe she faked her sleep all too well. Of course, the bartender could easily tell. "Thanks." She ate the breakfast offer quietly. "Rise and shine, Visrii! Still safe?" She asked, as she walked to the lounge again and knocked its door.
  22. Pokemon Wet Mea- no, Wet Moat, is a fresh take on the Pokemon fangame genre made by the Rising Rainbow team, who brought us the critically-acclaimed Pokemon fangame, Pokemon Rising Rainbow. The game introduced to us various inventive mechanics that could very well be fundamental in the future. It features great scores by musical talents such as Tha Trademarc, Rebecca Sugar and many more. It also features impressive graphics that rival those of AAA games. The game starts with Sue, a doctor in Wet Moats, going to the world-famous Wet Moat for her job. The Wet Moat, however, is not what it seems from the surface. Our protagonist then fell into the Wet Moat, how, I do not know. You'd think a doctorate in Wet Moats would at least ensure that you can't mess up a moat jump. While it is a pretty important plothole, it does not harm the story's integrity as a whole. Sue then falls into a radioactive cave, and rebirths as the powerful Bottom Spiderman. This marks the true beginning of the story, as the protagonist no longer have to be concerned about the well-being of the Wet Moat. The letters WET MOAT appear on the screen, which then gets rearranged into MEAT TWO. What does this phrase mean? We'll get back to that later. Bottom Spiderman then leaves the cave, only to find the whole place in disarray, clearly the consequence of giving up your honorable duty in the Wet Moat. You're then greeted with Professor Oak, who, I assume, would be a Professor in Wet Moats as well. That would put him on the same level as our protagonist. The professor teaches us the goods and evils of the world, based on the other cancelled fangames that came before Pokemon Wet Moat, and Nintendo's legal team. The professor then decides to give Bottom Spiderman a starter. The music changes as the whole scene slows down, glorifying the moment. You're given the choice between Word, Powerpoint and Excel. A layman's choice would be Word, a glorified Notepad. An idiot's choice would be Powerpoint, the perfect tool for acting smart. A sage's choice would be Excel, the perfect tool for being smart. However, the only correct choice is to take all three starters, as they're all Office essentials, and we simply can't do without them in our academic studies, can we? Bottom Spiderman then embarks on an epic quest to fight the infamous Ceeandee, or C&D for short. He collects the mythical Mcguffins of the game - Prism Stone, Radioactive Stone and Evoass Stone, takes his brother's life, beats Noah, or NOA for short, the head of Ceeandee, and places the artifacts on the altar in the Crystal Cave. The plot then goes for a sudden twist, revealing that the professor is the evil mastermind behind all the events that have taken place! He takes on the new identity of Judge, and faces Bottom Spiderman off in a final battle. Needless to say, the good conquers the evil, and the Judge is finally defeated. The Judge reveals himself to be Top Spiderman, and in a cruel twist of fate, the two combines, leaving the screen with Top Spiderman gaining advantage over the bottom one. From here, it is obvious what MEAT TWO means. It means the combination of two meats: Top and Bottom Spidermen. Like Yin and Yang, they fight each other, but they're ultimately meant to be together. A truly touching story. The game then blatantly announces to the player that it's "The End", but with a question mark in the end. One would guess that there is postgame content, and they would be right! Bottom Spiderman is left off in Sue's house and is ready to embrace the Wet Moat again! While the game has its imperfections here and there, the plot is its saving grace. I would say, "Play Pokemon Wet Moat, not for the gameplay, but for the story." Verdict: 8/10, I eagerly look forward to the Rising Rainbow team's new project.
  23. I wouldn't dump that much speed into Vikavolt. It has Agility, after all. +45 is enough. The rest can go into its other stats. Mega Noivern Type: Flying / Dragon Ability: Resonance (Sound moves become Dragon-type. Base Power becomes 1.2x. For every extra Pokemon targeted, damage increases by 0.2x, maxing out at 2x. HP: 85 Atk: 70 -> 80 (+10) Def: 80 -> 90 (+10) SpA: 97 -> 137 (+40) SpD: 80 -> 90 (+10) Spe: 123 -> 153 (+30) BST: 535 -> 635 (+100) Noivern gets an acoustic upgrade, piercing everyone's eardrums forcibly! With its new ability, it can be a devastating force in Doubles and Triples, deafening everyone without spread protection. The increased Special Attack and Speed especially helps with the task. While it is designed for Doubles and Triples, it is still very much a threat to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, Noivern faces several problems on its way to glory. While it shares the common problem among Special Attackers, being walled by Chansey and Blissey, it is also helpless against virtually every Fairy-type Pokemon out there, easily set up upon. I am the Night (Singles Offensive) Terminus Wing (Doubles / Triples Offensive)
  24. Halley drank all the water in one gulp. She went into Sleep Mode shortly after, staying absolutely still while sitting on the chair. One would not be able to notice that she's sleeping without checking her eyes. Should anyone come into physical contact with her, she'll immediately wake up. Wake up in four hours.
