The Hm for fly isnt in the game ( from what i know) but you can win dive from the clown in the Axis university. As for the Sprite maybe Jan will add the option to fly in Version 11 just like in reborn you can get the Hm or Golden Wings in our case , and use it after the next update.

You cant fly because that is not the badge for it and second fly hasnt been implemented yet.
