I'm pretty sure it's possible to get a shiny as I have gotten a shiny Pokemon from the market in the past. Also, I read somewhere nothing was shiny locked in Reborn (not 100% sure though).

You could also get a Magneton (catch a Magnemite in Shade's gym). It gets Flash Cannon by level up

If you join Aqua Gang you can get a Carvanha

You have to name the file "Game", the ".rxdata" should already be there for you.

Okay, so I was stupid and I deleted a save file and all its backups permanently by accident. I don't know if it's the right place, but is it possible to simply get a save file that is played up to right before the battle against kiki? I can work it out from there. Thank you!
