I can't comment on Heliolisk since i have yet to use one, but Dry Skin aside, Nasty Plot Toxicroak is really good in term of in-game even with a negative nature in special attack from my experience, it functioned as a mixed attacker since i didnt have any special attacker in my fighting/fairy dual type theme run. As for other mons that work great under rain, i would suggest Swift Swim/Rain Dish Ludicolo, as the former allows it to outspeed most mons and its special stats are quite decent, the latter provides recovery and is even better when you have leech seed-giga drain with big roots. Another mon for rain is Swift Swim Beartic, if you dont have reservation for glass cannon type that is ice type, Swift Swim can make up for its poor speed in rain and complement its massive physical attack and overall decent movepools.

For me, it is Jynx and Gothita line, dont get me wrong, i love most human like egg group mons in addition to them being my favourite psychic type, and i love weird looking mons. I think most ghost types are pretty bizarre looking too, which i love as well. If everything follow conventional way, life would be dull and boring. Avalugg came in mind when i pondered the weird looking ice type, coffee table ftw.

You need Honey for that, find the trees that can be slathered with honey, and exit aventurine forest and run around for a few minutes, the trees will spawn a Heracross and a Pinsir, defeat Pinsir and Heracross will remove the web for you, Pinsir does the removal of logs if you defeat Heracross. Honey can be exchanged with Ice Creams at Nyu's house that locates in North Aventurine woods, or can be bought at the florist in Lapis Ward, or with Honey Gather ability in Combee.

Quagsire can be found via fishing with good rod(from the sidequest in Gearen) in the stream in route 3, Wooper along can be found in wild in Goldenleaf Town grass patches and I agree with per ShadowStar said, Quagsire's abilities are its main appeals, coupled with its access to amazing boosting moves amnesia and curse, it is very handy for upcoming gyms. I personally run Gastrodon over Quagsire and Seismitoad in water/ground slot in my party for Rejuv Water/Dragon dual type theme run, as Quagsire is more physical oriented while i have preference for special attacker that is Gastrodon. I am also all for Camerupt replacing Sandslash as you can never go wrong with running grass-water-fire triad for type balance in your team. Walrein ranked B- +relatively diverse movesets with: Crunch, Rollout, Powder Snow, Ice Ball, Encore, Brine, Aurora Beam, Body Slam, Rest, Snore, Swagger, Hail, Ice Fang, Blizzard, Sheer Cold, Aqua Ring(breed), Belly Drum(breed), Curse(breed), Signal Beam(breed),Stockpile ,Spit Up(breed), Swallow(breed), Water Pulse(breed), Yawn(breed), Surf HM +great ability thick fat to make up for some ice weakness or ice body recovery for hailstorm team, oblivious is least useful among the three +impressive bulk with 110/90/90, with access to recovery moves like aqua ring and ability ice body, also with buff up moves like curse and stockpile, it can wall a good deal of damages. +80 base attack and 95 base special attack, while it is not the greatest offensive mon in all available mons, it sure makes a dent in opponents with ice being a great offensive type +since we get spheal relatively late in current release, it is almost close to evolving +being one of the few mons that learn blizzard via leveling up for removing ever annoying amber's field -again, late availability is probably a downside for some people who like to build their team early -bad defensive typing, ice typing is a set back for a defensive mon, water typing only can do that much with neutrality to steel and fire but at the cost of two added weaknesses -65 base speed is unremarkable for a mon who needs to pre-emptively use recovery moves or to strike first with the offensive -cannot do much against angie, hopefully the next gyms after amber will see more use of it Also, Chubb, could you add sludge wave and shadow ball TM to moves learnable by Dragalge? I forgot about it on last post, thank you.
