Are you sure it is litwick? Litwick doesnt get shadow tag from neither regular ability nor hidden ability, if you want to catch mons with ease, try putting it to sleep with sleep powder or yawn, that might lower the catch rate, or paralyze it with thunder wave.

If you have the patience of raising it as Trapinch, it gets superpower in very late stage, which is not learnt by either Vibrava or Flygon, once you evolve it, superpower will have to be learnt via move tutors in main games, which is not plausible in reborn move tutors since they don't teach superpower. I had used a Flygon in Rejuv before, let's just say that 100 base power unboosted(the only boosting move learnable is power up punch) is rather underwhelming, leaving an opening for opponents for revenge kill. In this instance, i will have to go with the flow and root for Huge Power Sword Dance Diggersby in maxing out the raw power if thats what you are aiming for.

As far as i know, Mudkip, Gastly and Azurill(fixed mystery egg content, but it is now randomized, still can get azurill, the odd is 1/18), the former two are each replaced by Squirtle and Misdreavus respectively, oh and also Vulpix could be obtained in previous ep, now the event has been replaced by Litleo.

I soft reset for most event mons and also breed for non event mons even in mid game for at least 20-ish IVs as 20-ish is good enough for me, regardless of shininess, i ditched most shinies, shiny dump in box or softreset again if their ivs are less than satisfactory, i just dont care about shininess, another factor for softreseting is the nature, at least before nature changer/pokemon psychologist becomes available to us. Bad IVs and nature esp in the stat that matters most in a mon really hurt in the long run, since i am more of a special attack trainer(careful and adamant in alakazam, ewww).

I suppose Gothitelle would make a good Robin, the Gothitas and Gothitelle are basically living in library, which reading archives is one of Robin's favourite.

At first glance, i thought this was a team consisting of representatives of undertale characters like Gogoat as Toriel or something similar, i was wrong lol, nevertheless it is an interesting tier based run. You can get female Combee from headbuttable trees in opal ward or peridot garden, Vespiquen is relatively good in early games for a PUer so to speak

The following are the few aspects that are appealing to me in Reborn: 1. As the others above me have mentioned, the plots and how elaborate the backstories of each characters is in reborn are what have drawn me to Reborn. 2. The field effects, this is how things would play out if pokemon battles were to take place in reality, and enable the otherwise overlooked mons to take the center stages once again for their usefulness in certain fields. 3. The sidequests, the bonds between me and the event mons run deeper when you can only work hard to get them once, they will always have a special place in my heart. 4. Pulse mons and major bosses are no push overs that are actually posing real threats and terror to Reborn world 5. Cain, Cal and Luna, end of story.

You will have to at least defeat T3R44 in order to unlock the event.

Luxray is probably most replaceable mon at the moment, the speed is rather subpar and there are better electric types like Electivire and Eelektross, with each having their niche such as former with more versatile movepools and coverage if you are able to breed ice punch, fire punch, cross chop into it and later with levitate that renders it basically no weakness with only poor speed as its only flaw, that is unless you run guts toxic orb luxray, which has impeccable boosted attack. In addition to your stats and nature, i would like to also learn about your mons abilities in order to gain a better insight. Arcanine would have a better movepool if you had held off the evolution from growlithe since it learns many useful moves like outrage and crunch in later levels, the elemental fangs are too weak without ability strong jaw which arcanine doesnt have, as better user of elemental fangs are mons like strong jaw tyrantrum.
