  1. Corey, Kiki and other were simply killed, their bodies destroyed but not their souls which was able to become a pokemon. It's different for Eclipse, her body is intact but her soul was eaten by Sirius' Chandelure. So she can't become a pokemon, her soul does not exist anymore
  2. The combo Dream Eater/Hypnosis is really strong on Gardevoir too. Hypnosis is not really accurate, but in that case Gardevoir can generally take a few hits, then heal with Dream Eater. And its Gardevoir ! One of my favorite pokemon along with Blaziken. Have you ever seen its shiny sprite ?
  3. I chose to fight him, but mot for him. Taka often shew us that having an ally among Meteors is useful. He freed us in Rhodocrine Jungle after telling us the last pulse was there. He told us to quickly go to Pyrous Mountain after beating him on azurine island to stop the pulse Camerupt. Without him we could not have done the puzzle in the WTC. Keeping him among Meteors is the best for us, so I helped him lying to his father
  4. You have to clean all the rooms. Once the pulse is destroyed, you must empty then fill every room to have clear water and makes trashes disappear. Then the path north to Titania will open
  5. Both ! Diggersby has bad stats (except its doubled attack) and so is easily killed, but it can learn really good moves (mine has earthquake, bounce, nature power/strength (depending on the field I am), hammer arm) Mamoswine has better stats, and thick fat protects him. But its moveset is more limited. It must be bred to have a good physical ice stab dand can't really learn other types of move. It also has mist, a really useful move in reborn to break field when earthquake doesn't work. Good field breaker so. Got both in my ground run, and they are among my best pokemons. It mainly depends on the situation
  6. There's also the problem of catching them. I can't even remember the number of shinies I KOd trying to catch them. You will suffer for a long time... For the beginning, maybe you can EV train the speed stat of your Braixen in the underground railnet, you will surely find a shiny Woobat that way
  7. My main run is a shiny run too. Will you take the random shinies you'll find or reset until you find the one you want ? That's what I did. But I must admit that finding some shinies through fishing or breeding after already training around 20 other shinies was a bit painful x)
  8. I remember a vanillite in the distributor in the candy shop, sure it's not the one you think ?
  9. Vanillite moved (or new one added ?) :
  10. The Exp. Share has a new location earlier in the game
  11. Fire are the best ! Torchic is OP with speed boost and the strong moves it naturally learn (Hi Jump Kick, Blase Kick, Brave Bird, Bulk Up,...) Chimchar is a lower version of Torchic, really good but not OP. Fennekin is also really strong. I'm currently using it for my psychic run and I'm really surprised by its strength Cyndaquil can evolve into a powerful Typhlosion with Eruption. Not my favorite however And Charmender... No need to say more I also tried Froakie and Turtwig. Froakie, even with Protean, is not really good due to its poor movepool and the lack of TM in the game. Turtig was also a surprise, I swept several leaders with only Grotle/Torterra. 6 Curse to boost it and a mainly physical leader can't even scratch it.
  12. This debate is a bit useless since you can get Max Revives for free at the Game Corner Lottery, you just need 2 digits that match. So you can just switch the date on your computer to get infinite free Max Revives
  13. Also, best place for grinding is the Grand Hall. You can fight some trainers every day, so you just have to switch the date on your computer to train really fast. But I would recommend you to fight them before Radomus, since they have a good lvl up after him and have pokemon between the lvl 55 and 63. Or maybe they level up after Noel ?
  14. You can find a numel next to Peridot Station on rainy days (yes, before Florinia). It learns quickly (lvl 22) Lava Plume, a really strong fire move. Well played, and maybe with a few super potions since it's really slow, you can beat all her team easily. Only Cradily could resist, but if you still have all your team it should not be so hard. I always found Charlotte was easy, 2 times on 3 I beat her on the first try I woud say that no leader is really hard or easy, it just depends on your team. So don't worry for the next leaders And since 14.6 Typhlosion has solar beam instead of energy ball. It could be really great with her drought Ninetales, but she send Typhlosion before Ninetales
  15. Solaris is too weak to be the champion. His ace, Garchomp, is only lvl 75 in when we fight it. Really strong at that time, but in Ep 14 we can already beat him. While Elias, member of the E4, is according to himself much stronger than his "little experiment with the ditto". Meaning El is stronger than Solaris, so Solaris can't be the champion. Lin is more likely. About Anna, what was Connal's diagnosis for her ? It's not in the characters page anymore. But it was not something about manipulation. And we can't deny that Connal knows the subject, his diagnosis for Charlotte or Sapphira for instance seem rather accurate. If Anna can speak to Shade, it's also true in the other way. Maybe Shade told her he wanted the PC to come to show him the visions of the future. And for Spinel town, even if we assume that she wanted us to fight Serra, even if she knew El was coming to Spinel (through her powers or Shade). With Anna supposedly ill, you would not have taken the time to fight Serra and so meeting El. The idea was : go to the market and come back quickly. If entered Serra's house, it's only because the market was teleported to her roof. And if we start to think that she knew this random event, then we should think that she must also know every single thing that will happen, and so that everything is known, written, etc. Which would make all the story losing its interest.
  16. And how do you leave the Glitch city before beating Terra ? I never found how
  17. In Tanzan Cove, Charlotte hid with the others while she was much stronger that the PC. Noel was as strong as the PC but hid as well. Shelly was probably as strong as the PC too by seeing the evolution of her level between the gym battle and Ametrine events. Are they chess players too ? I don't believe she's manipulating us
  18. Very interesting thread... I also think that there's a link between the seals and their owners : -Ruby Ring, Seal of Pain : at first a gift from Corey to his wife, who died due to it. Corey then lived in pain for the rest of his life (ended by his suicide). It now belongs to Heather, who grew up with a broken, sinister father. After his suicide, she became the "patient" of Connal and escaped just to fall in Blake's hands... An entire life of pain. -Sapphire Bracelet, Seal of Love : at first owned by the Belroses (Charlotte, Sapphira and Laura's parents right ?), loving couple living with their beloved children in Tanzan Cove. Then gave to Amaria by Titania. Amaria continued to live just due to Titania's love. Titania who in fact was not in love with her and lied to keep her alive. A fake and complex love story whose conclusion should be in Ep 15 -Emerald Brooch, Seal of Faith : at first owned by Elias, who became a fanatic after Arceus gave him back his view. Now belongs to Luna, his daughter who rejected her father's cult. She believed Serra was her mother, then that Radomus was her father... She rejects the light and the truth of Arceus for darkness and illusions. -Amethyst Pendant, Seal of the Beyond : the most interesting one. We don't know were it comes from, but it now belongs to Anna, a girl able to see auras. She unlocked the door of the orphanage for us because she saw us "glowing" through it. She saw burn scars on Charlotte, who metaphorically has burn scars on her soul, and without knowing her story. She can see beyond what is visible. And all these seals seem to come from a single merchant. All the keys to Arceus' power found by a simple merchant who simply sold them ? I think that guy is very important for the story. As we see, the seals are linked to their owners' stories. But are the characters destined to get these seals due to their story, or does the seals cause them to have such lives ? I both cases, a possibility is that the seals aren't the keys but symbols to show the true keys : the characters. Think about it : Reborn has always made characters, their personalities, their emotions at the center of the story. These characters are themselves at the center of events that may lead to the destruction of Reborn (if Meteors win) or to its reborn (Meteors lose, no more pulse Muk to destroy the lake, to more corruption destroying Yureyu and the power plant, maybe no more earthquakes such as the one which has destroyed Reborn years ago). And according to the philosophy of the game, what is more likely to be able to unleash the power of God Arceus ? A few jewels everybody can get, or people who are the incarnation of the seals, who lived them and are the most able to see if Reborn deserve destruction or purification. Heather who lived in pain due to a hopeless father and the desire of power of Meteors. Amaria who lives for love just to discover that her life and her love was a fake. Luna who witnessed the fanatism of Arceus' cultist and who prefered a fantasy world to the reality of Reborn. And Anna, who can see the true nature of Reborn's inhabitants through their aura. The true keys are Heather, Anna, Amaria and Luna, not pieces jewelry. And about Radomus, there's a grave near Corey's gym with "Zina Vanhanen" written on it. Who is it ? His wife ? His daughter ? I don't know, but I agree with people thinking he used to be with Meteors. I think he was just like Simon or Eclipse. He heard Meteors saying they could revive "Zina", whoever it is, an he wanted to see this possibility. But I don't think he really followed them. He's not the desperate guy ready to do everything due to sorrow. Just look at his reaction when Gossip Gardevoir was kidnapped by Elias. Even with knowing GG could easily teleport, he could have been worried a little. But no. So I think he joined them to study them more like a spy, which may be the reason of this hate between him and El. And last thing : the baby Arceus. WTF ?! It's obvious this baby is real. He made Terra's glitch world real (she clearly says this) and maybe gave her the power to mess up with physics (remember Hardy and Aya's flight ? They didn't even died !). Maybe he also gave his view back to El. I don't think a simple prayer could become real in a ruined region like Reborn, or why other prayers aren't fulfilled ? So the baby gave his view back to El. But in that case, why Meteors still bother to get the seals and to open the sanctuary. Why don't they just create this new world with the baby ? For this I have no idea, but I think it's really really important in the story.
  19. When you attack the orphanage, Anna says Noel and Charlotte are gym leaders. Then Charlotte says Saphira too, and Laura is a member of the E4. But when she begins to say that Anna is even higher, Anna interrupts her by changing the topic of the discussion. That makes me think that Anna is really better than the E4, so is the champion. And I also think she will be at the center of the story, especially the mess with Arceus due to her powers (she knew we were behind the doors, she knew for Charlotte's story in a way with the "burn scars"). I'm curious to see more about her And for the E4 I would say El, Heather, Bennett. Maybe Lin ? I always thought she was an E4, and being a Meteor does no seem to be a sufficient reason for being fired of the league.
  20. I understand now, thanks !
  21. I see everybody saying that Amaria lost her memory. Has it been confirmed ?
  22. Yes, you need a Pinsir to crush it. Globally for this puzzle, you need to go from west to east. For this one I would say go to the first or second left entrance with a Tauros then walk through a corridor full of tall grass if my memory is good.
  23. Do you really think if Team Meteor had a Darkrai they would waste it just to make a city sleep ? Lin would use it for her instead.
  24. Imperial

    Miracle Seed

You can find one in Azurine Island, in the south. And King's Rock and Black Sludge have special effect, Miracle Seed is just a small power boost so I don't think it's nerfed
  25. Easier than catching a Kricketune I think, catch a Taillow. It learns endeavor and quick attack. Give it a focus sash (there are one, probably two you can find before Arceus) and Arceus will be really easy. Other possibility, but which cost 9000 pokedollars of potions, get a lvl 1 geodude (or something else with sturdy) and give him potions every turn until Arceus used all its PP. Then attack while it uses recover, its last move, or just wait it uses struggle and kill itself. There is also the Curse Cofagrigus (Yamask is easy to find in shade's gym), Sand attack Purrloin with Prankster... If you don't find Kricketune, just try something else
