I don't think Hyper Voice has ever been a TM in any pokemon game. You can, however, teach a pokemon Hyper Voice through the move tutor in Peridot Ward after the city has been renovated

If its raining you can get Numel by the train station in Peridot Ward. Really I think that's the best fire type you can get at the moment You can also get Pansear, Litleo, and Slugma though

The only steel type move Lucario will get via level up is metal claw, which isn't the strongest move. You could teach it Iron Tail via the move tutor in Agate Circus if you don't mind Iron Tail's accuracy The only way to teach Skuntank Poison Jab is by TM, which isn't available yet

Once Kricketot evolves, which I believe is at level 15, it will learn Fury Cutter, which is really helpful against both Julia and the next leader if you continuously spam it

Can't really decide on which is my absolute favorite, but it would probably be either One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Code Geass, Attack on Titan, or Steins;Gate

Power Anklet simply gives you extra Speed EV yield. It just has the added effect of reducing the pokemon's actual Speed Stat while in battle

I want to meet the person at Pokemon who thought that it would be a good idea to do a Gamestop Event for a single Bottle Cap. If you're going to make people go somewhere to access the event, the least you can do is make it a Gold Bottle Cap
