  1. @Wolfox Glace You got the wrong tile to heal Guy, you mind changing it to heal Kayde now? Guy's decent enough for now.
  2. “Amazing job, my friends!” Karlos raised his lance to the sky, cheering on his allies to the west. "Glad that you could take care of that swordsman.” The Knight turned around, seeing what remained of the Nun's attack. His face turned to one of shock as he looked at what remained of the area of forest, but changed back to encouragement. “And you as well, lassie! Majestic fighting!” “Now, my turn to attack this brute.” Karlos swung his Heavy Lance with a flourish, circling around the Archer and jumping over the fence despite his armor. “Charge!” Move to G9 and attack Archer A with the Heavy Lance
  3. Y’know, in all honesty, I don’t know why. Luka dug through his mind, trying to remember why he decided to jump down the seats to the Lord. He thought he’d come up with something along the way, but his head wasn’t doing a good job finding something. Luka took a seat nearby, putting on his best sitting posture for the Lord. “I was just wondering if you could tell me more about the situation.” Luka tried to stall for time, trying to find some other subjects he could ask. “Seems like you have some prior dealings with the king, with your son and all.”
  4. “Oh, um.” Kai shot a glance at the two doorways as Zeta pointed out her mistake. “I knew that.” Kai quickly followed Zeta into the other room, trying not to let others see her embarassed face. As she stepped into the room, the tree had immediately got her attention. Getting close to the base, the girl tried to look up towards the treetop, hurting her neck as she kept looking higher and higher. “Well, we can’t show you what a leav is unless you see it up close.” Kai dropped everything she had on her, leaving her A-Comm and belt on the floor. "Watch my stuff, if ya don't mind." Walking backwards slightly, Kai took a running start to jump onto the trunk, attempting to climb as high as she could up the tree.
  5. Karlos looked over to his allies to his sides. “Do not worry, my friends!” Karlos slams his lance into the ground, his face beaming with confidence. “I shall protect you all. My armor is some of the finest in all of Aeyosal, and will not shatter to these dastardly bandits.” Karlos made his way south, his heavy armor slowing his stride. “Bandits! Come and face me in battle, if you dare.” The Knight took out his Javelin, staring down the two bandits in front of him. The Knight pointed his lance at the Mercenary and the Fighter ahead of him. “I challenge you to even scratch the armor of the greatest Knight in all the lands.” In his excitement, Karlos failed to notice the Mage on the other side of the house. Move to E9 and equip the Iron Javelin
  6. "Nice playin', matie." Karik gave a thumbs up to the Bard before taking the Vulnerary strapped to his belt. "Aye'll stay back and defend, too." Hold and take a Vulnerary
  7. “Yeah, you should...” Kai put her A-Comm back onto the table, rubbing her right ear. “Not scream so loud into the A-Comm...” Kai dipped her finger into the water still in the glass, rubbing it against her pained ear. She hoped that it’d maybe ease the ringing sound. “Don’t worry, we’ll show you what a...” Kai paused for a bit before finishing her sentence. “What a leav is.” Kai plucked the branch in the cup of water, noticing how different it looked from before. “And maybe you can tell me more about other trees around here.” The girl put away the branch, making her way to the staircase she assumed would lead her to the tree.
  8. Karik crouched down, picking up the commander from the ground to help him up to his feet. “Sorry, cap’n, should’ve kept an eye on ya.” Karik pulled out his Hatchet, his eyes set on the Troubadour that had just healed his earlier target. “Dang healers.” His arm swung the Hatchet out, aiming his weapon at the Troubadour behind the Social Knight. Attack Troubadour 1 with a Hatchet
  9. The sound of boots stomping heavily on the ground could be heard from the outside before the doors were pushed open to reveal a man dressed in heavy armor. “Greetings, warriors!” Karlos called the attention of those around him before stepping into the hall. “I am Knight Karlos, and I’d like to join you in battle today.” The armored man took a seat, waiting for the rest of the soldiers to appear beyond the doors.
  10. Kai took her A-Comm out, finding Emmanuel’s message for her. clicking on the screen more, she found her map, sending her own data the other group's way. “Looks like they’re not too far away.” Though, Kai wasn’t entirely sure how the map was laid out. The map scale could be much farther than she expected. Kai noticed another message, sent from Kalva. “Oh, they got Meggie, Zeta!” Kai waved around her A-Comm, making sure Zeta could see the screen. “She’s safe, and they’re bringing her home now. Though one of them says she’s sad.” Though, Kai considered ‘sad’ an understatement. She did kind of attack them earlier.
  11. “Lying like a proper tyrant king.” Luka had abandoned his perfect sitting posture when he found enough people not looking at him. Holding his chin in his right hand, Luka was leaning away from Hoshiko, looking straight at her as he spoke. “I bet you, he’ll ship all the men and women to war when he's done cutting off the lord's head.” “I dunno about you, but I’m gonna see if I can speak to him directly.” Luka got out of his seat, stopping to look back at his Archer companion. "And if you don't leave, make sure no one takes my seat." Luka tried to squeeze through the audience, sidling past to get to Lord Flamewalker at the center.
  12. “Scuffles of the rich folk, aye? And most of this because some guy wanted a girl that wanted nothing to do with ‘im.” Karik swung his axe over his shoulder, balancing it behind his head and onto his shoulder. “And they say pirates be uncivilized.” Karik turned around, hearing the drums of the bard behind him. “Aye thank ya.” Karik felt his hold on the axe lighten, almost as if the music had somehow made his axe feel less… vulnerable. “Ye’d best stay in the back, you don’t look too good.” The man’s rather blunt words irked him slightly, but now wasn’t the time for pettiness. “Aye gotcha, maties!” Karik ran up beside Madante, giving a salute to the man. He didn't pay Cadence any mind, knowing she probably had things handled on her end. Karik gave the commander a cocky grin as he assumed position. "Aye'm rootin' for ya. Knock 'em dead!" Move to N10, equip Poison Hand Axe, and support with Madante
  13. ENFP-A is what I got. Pretty fitting, I'd say.
  14. “Oh, I’m sure your medicine is great.” Kai ruffled the girl’s hair, trying to nudge her face to make the girl look up at her. “The ones back home taste so bitter, maybe you can make some that people enjoy.” Kai jumped up in her seat as she thought of an idea, looking towards Anthony’s Carbink on a pillow. “Hey, why don’t you make us some medicine? I’m sure Carbink would appreciate it later.” Kai looked over at her A-Comm, noticing that it had been emptied of any “Wishing Water”, as Kai began to call it. Swiping her hand on the device, she changed to the messaging system, choosing Emmanuel as her recipient. “Make sure to leave a note on your A-Comm Map of where you got the water. Apparently it makes medicine!” Kai sent the message on its way, hoping the boy had got the message.
  15. Luka looked at the man’s rather disturbing complexion. The man looked as if he was ill, but there he was, yelling out orders to the rest of the soldiers. “Wish I could be that sprightly when I had a cold.” As much as Luka knew he couldn’t use any weapons, he gave himself a check for any knives that could’ve been planted on him. Luckily, all he found was a vulnerary and a set of drums he got from Anna and Ian. Luka swung the drums in front of him to rest his hands, tapping on them as he walked. “I dunno about you, Hoshiko, but if I saw someone that looked like that, I’d assume they’re dead.” Luka let out a small laugh as he spoke to the Archer. Heh, wouldn't that be funny?
  16. “Thank you very much.” Kai smiled back as she took the glass to her chair in the house, resting by a table. Kai pulled out her A-Comm from her pocket, sliding on the screen to find what she was looking for. “Ah, there it is.” Finding the Strange Water inside, Pressing the option on the screen to empty the contents, Kai saw the display start to look like a glass of water. Tipping the A-Comm over the glass, water began to pouring out from the top of the A-Comm. “I don’t suppose you know anything about this water, Zeta?” Afterwards, Kai took out some of the branches she had acquired from earlier. Not thinking much about it, Kai poured a bit of the water onto one of the branches. Water plus plants usually equals something good, after all. Putting the branch on the table, Kai decided to try something else. Getting her finger into the water, Kai tried to get a droplet onto her finger. It didn’t seem like anything dangerous, seemed clear and not too dangerous. Without thinking too much into it, she put her finger in her mouth to taste the strange liquid.
  17. Sometimes Luka forgot why he’d always say sarcastic remarks in his mind. Surely if he made them out loud, they wouldn’t cause any serious problems. He’d just keep going and everyone would get a good laugh. Then this happens, and Luka remembers. An onslaught of comical punches made it easy to remember. It was certainly a Miracle that the boy hadn’t lost consciousness as he fell onto the ground again. As much as he wanted to yell a curse in her direction, Luka knew better. Getting back into a standing position was a task, but Luka was able to get up. "Sorry." Luka turned around in the direction of the college. “C’mon, let’s get going.” Luka tried to lead the girl to their destination. “Now, be a good hero and help the Dancer walk.” Luka leaned a bit as he walked, acting as if the exchange never happened. “You do deserve it sometimes, Luka." At least they didn't punch people...
  18. Luka watched the girl run up to the group, suppressing a mocking laugh as the girl came bumbling in their direction. You know, I thought great heroes usually looked more graceful than thi- Luka held his thought as Hoshiko tumbled onto him, falling onto Keagan. Luka winced as he hit the floor, his left arm between him and Hoshiko. As he tried to shuffle himself out of the mess, Luka felt his arm graze against something interesting. “Darn, I thought I disappointed men. You should drink more milk.” Luka spoke out loud, not realizing Hoshiko could easily hear his opinion on her lack of her feminine assets. Pushing the girl off of him, he slid off to the side, dropping the girl back on top of Keagan. Dumb archer. Getting onto his two feet, Luka patted down his clothes, getting the dust on the ground off of his nice clothes. “So in case you didn’t hear, I'm heading to the Glass Dome to catch a glimpse of what’s going on with the King and you're coming with me.” Ya got nothing better to do, anyway.
  19. “Eep.” Kai let out a quiet cry as Zeta got off her back. Shaking her torso around, she felt her balance return to normal with the weight off her back. Not that she minded it, the girl wasn’t that heavy. “Father only comes once a year?” The girl heard about parents that go on long business trips, but that seemed a bit ridiculous. “What does he do? Where does he go?” Kai walked past Zeta, heading for the front door on her own. “Oh, and I don’t suppose you can bring Lumi and his friends here?” Kai spun around and looked at Zeta before reaching the door. “I liked that doll, and would hope he’d return it.”
  20. “Saffron, I have no plans on getting myself killed like this.” Luka’s eyes narrowed as he looked away from the princess. The dancer shook his head, putting a big grin back on his face, his eyes still not looking towards the princess’s eyes. “Or my name isn’t Luka.” Luka grabbed Saffron’s hands, closing his eyes as he tried to give a reassuring smile. And yet, he still couldn’t look her in the eye. “And you.” Luka’s expression turned serious as he turned to Keagan. “I don’t care how much you love you have for Saffron, I don't want to hear you say that.” Luka raised himself onto his toes, leaning in closer to the Knight. “Any casualty, be it me, Klaren, Feri, Dash, anyone among us, would only bring the princess grief beyond imagination, so you are forbidden from forfeiting your life to protect Saffron. If you should pass on, it’ll be years later, when you’re old and grey.” Luka backed away, posture straight as an arrow. “I hope I made myself clear.” Luka looked back towards the Thunder Mage at his side. “Go at it alone, huh?” Luka was in the middle of nodding his head before catching a glimpse of pink in the corner of his eye. The Archer girl had been running after him, his speed leaving her in the dust before he got there. “Does she want to come with?” Luka spoke loud enough that he’d hope Hoshiko would be able to hear him.
  21. Luka stared towards Keagan for a good amount of time. The man was intent on learning more about the king’s next move, despite the wishes of the princess. She was right, though. Making it out alive when in the presence of the King's closest soldiers would be no easy feat “King Roswell is having a discussion on support of the war effort with Harmon Flamewalker.” Luka pointed in the direction of the Mages College, his eyes looking down at the street floor. “The meeting will be public for anyone that wishes to come. Held in the Glass Dome near the Mages College.” “And as much as you want to help ease her out of that fear, Keagan.” Luka looked at Saffron’s eyes, the look reminding him of how he’d look at people. Devoid of outward emotion, but hiding her own feelings. Certainly looked familiar to him. “We can’t risk her life, or the lives of too many of us.” Luka looked over his shoulder, remembering his lack of anything for combat. “I’ll go on my own.” Luka gave a rather confident smile. "I'm fast on my feet, and no one will expect anything shady from an ordinary Dancer."
  22. Luka looked at Keagan, staring down at him with his cold eyes. He demanded a location from him, and seeing the princess's reaction to it only made him feel uneasy about telling him. Luka kept his arm down, quivering as he wanted to point in the direction of the College. “Why's Saffron scared?” Luka wasn’t happy just giving him the information like that. His voice was rough as he heard the Knight ignore the protests of the one in charge around here. He shot a glance towards Saffron. "If you're going to ignore her like that, tell me why."
  23. Luka zipped through the streets, accidentally hitting the shoulders of random passerbys. Luckily, he didn’t need to catch anyone’s attention by jumping a few feet into the air. Whether or not he could actually do that, Luka wasn’t entirely unwilling to try. After avoiding hitting a third shoulder on his way to the college, Luka saw a familiar shade of blue, moving with an equally familiar shade of brown. “Oh, Saff-” Luka stopped himself, careful not to accidentally get anyone’s attention. Realizing his mistake, he tried to catch her attention with a different name. “Sapphire, hey!” Skidding his shoes on the hard floor of the street, Luka came to a stop beside the two. “Listen, we need to talk.” Luka leaned in, making sure only Terrin and Saffron could hear him. “I’d say you best cover those regal red eyes of yours, because the king’s in town for some politics. We need to buy you something to cover your face, before someone tells him you’re here.”
