  1. "She definitely been drinkin' some." Karik gave a glare towards the armored girl, giving a short quip. “She nearly tore me head off. How was Aye supposed to know she was an adult when she’s shorter than the actual 13-year-old with you?”
  2. Karik quickly circled around the girl, stepping outside the bar as he faced her. He didn’t want to get in any trouble about being near alcohol. “Ye’re looking for the Royal Guard, right?” The pirate boy got onto his toes, trying to get a look at the fountain in the distance, noticing red, blue, and black hair near it. “That must be them over there.” Karik reached his hand out, pointing towards the fountain. “They be that way. Ye can follow me, Aye’m sure you’ll look a bit less suspicious that way. I don't that wyvern of yours makes you very approachable.” Shrugging his shoulders with a grin on his face, Karik stepped back into the sunlight, covering his eyes to block the light. He began walking towards the meeting place, hoping the girl would follow him there.
  3. “Man, what a sailor mouth. And I thought Gonzap was bad.” Stepping back as the girl in armor got up, Karik thought about her words. “‘Guardswoman’? You mean like Royal Gu- Wait!” Karik ran after the girl when he realized a 13-year-old kid in rather expensive-looking clothes shouldn’t be inside an alcoholic bar. He didn’t exactly have much to do, anyway. Maybe he'd find his friends, if anything.
  4. “Ow...” The previous set of events went by a bit too fast for Karik to register them well. He was sitting outside the bar, watching over the wyvern outside, when it suddenly began to rush into the place. Not realizing what was going on, Karik grabbed onto its lead, pulling him into the bar with the winged creature. After accidentally letting go of the saddle, the boy landed back on the ground, sliding into one of the chairs in the room. “Maybe being a good little boy isn’t always the best thing...” Getting onto his feet, Karik looked at the wyvern he was just with, noticing the little girl in armor that was probably in quite a bit of discomfort with that creature on top of her. Next to her was Rayne and a woman with a similar pauldron to her own. Letting them do whatever they’d need, Karik went to the child, instead. Walking up to her, Karik crouched down to see her face closer. “Aye don’t suppose this wyvern be your parent’s or anything?” He stretched his arms out towards her, offering a bit of help. “Need a hand? I'm stronger than I look, so don't worry.”
  5. “Huh?” Karik walked up to the wyvern, keeping an eye to make sure an adult wouldn’t catch a minor near a bar. “What’s wrong, little wyvern? Yer owner leave you behind while he have a drink.” Karik crouched down, keeping a safe distance from the wyvern. “Well, guess it had to happen. Ye probably wouldn’t fit through the doors.” Throwing caution to the wind, Karik reached to pet the wyvern’s head, wondering who left this dragon alone like this. "Don't worry, Aye can keep ya company until your owner comes back, if ya want."
  6. “Hey, that be a pretty nice deal. Good thing Aye saved this.” Patting the little axe by his side, Karik took the set of clothes and a leather sash, making his way into the dressing room. Upon coming out, the young boy looked more like a fighter in light armor than some pirate. Sadly, nothing could be done about his hair, still held together by some messy fabric. Leaving behind some money for the clothes, Karik made sure to say one thing. “Tell them Karik's coming home. He’ll be back soon.” With his business over, the Pirate boy walked back to the plaza, passing by the bar once again.
  7. “Well, certainly ain’t a bad selection.” Karik strolled through the aisles, his axe hanging carefully to his side, the boy making sure it didn’t fall off and worry anyone. Eventually, Karik found a set of clothes that looked interesting to him. A coat that reminded him of the one someone he knew loved wearing. Sadly, a look at the price tag showed a rather scary price. Trying to see how much he even had, Karik was reminded of the axe at his side. A rather rude idea came to mind, but it’d certainly help. He'd make up for it later... hopefully. “Excuse me, shop owner.” Karik waved to the owner, trying to get their attention. “I don’t seem to have enough to pay for these clothes.” Not exactly subtle about it, Karik's hand toyed with the loose emblem on his axe. “I don’t suppose there be a way to maybe lower the cost a bit?”
  8. Letting in a deep breath, Karik enjoyed the rather cheerful atmosphere of Gateon Port. The smell of the sea salt was enjoyable for the young boy. The fountain in the center quickly caught his attention, his legs quickly taking him to it. The little kid in him wanted to jump into the fountain, splash around for fun. Sadly, he didn’t exactly have a set of clothes to wear if he got his cloak soaked. Reaching into his pocket, Karik pulled out a coin, tossing it into the fountain. “Safe travels, please. All Aye wish for.” His thoughts did remind the boy of something he needed. Looking at his rather dirty rags, he did need a new set of clothes. Maybe something that’d probably help him out in battle better than some red cloth. Checking the coins in his pocket, Karik waved away from the group, heading to the closest clothing store, passing by a rather noisy bar on his way.
  9. The young girl spun herself around from her seated position, her blonde ponytail bobbing up and down. She looked up, staying seated as she looked up at the other graduates. “My name's Karla Eoland.” She gave a big grin to the others. “Just Kai is fine, though. It’s nice to meet you all!”
  10. Yo, what up, Atlantis teammate? Ever since Nations 2, I've been super glad to have known you, and am also happy to know that even now we're still super close friends. Happy birthday, Krim, and here's hoping for a nice year. Also, you're old now. Have fun being a boring adult!
  11. Kai Eoland “Haha!” Pumping her fist into the air, Kai cheered in delight from completing the challenge. “Nicely done!” Running up to her Pokémon, the girl patted its top most arm. “Ya did a great job there, Starmie.” Despite the direct hit from the Tri Attack, the Starmie was all healed up, looking as if it hadn’t even gotten into any kind of scrap. Looking at her A-Comm, Kai confirmed the Starmie’s perfect health. "Get some rest, Starmie." Outstretching her hand holding the Aether Ball, Kai recalled the sea star creature back. Feeling the breeze against her hair, Kai held down some of the loose strands blowing annoyingly in her face. The red plains stretched out far, the girl wondering how easy it’d be to just keep running until she couldn’t anymore. “I wonder what it must’ve been like to live here back then. Must've been amazing.” Pulling her head back to look at the red skies, Kai wondered how it shone this unnatural color. Certainly wasn’t an explanation Kai was gonna figure out any time soon. Still, it did look beautiful to the young inventor-in-training. Hearing the words of the girl behind her, Kai smiled in her direction. "Well, hey, another battle wouldn't be too bad. Sounds pretty fun, I'd say!" The blonde-haired girl sat down on the ground as well, awaiting whatever would come.
  12. Of course he wouldn’t know. Shoulda guessed as much. Letting out a sigh, Luka realized that he was no further in figuring out what happened to them. Wherever they were, didn’t seem like he’d get an answer from Keagan. “Well, thanks for helping me, I guess.” Looking at his conversation partner’s face, Luka saw that usual frown on his face. Monotone and serious. Dang, he looks like he just watched some amateur playwright’s latest debacle. Looking at it struck a weird tone in him. Deciding to give the feeling a chance, Luka mentally shrugged his shoulders. “What’s up with you, though?” Luka put his hand onto one of the tent poles. “You always got that mopey frown on your face all the time. You ever smile once in awhile? It isn’t exactly that hard.” Hey, I bet you could look cheerier than some of our other friends here. “Maybe something's on your mind?” Luka put on a smile, trying to be uplifting enough to get something from the man.
  13. Luka grabbed the rope, unsure of what it was even for. Camping wasn't exactly something he had done with his family. No point complaining. He’s helping me, after all.. Even if he didn’t exactly know what pulling the rope did, Luka did as the man commanded. “I’m just wondering if you happen to know anything about any specific drafts that happened some time ago.” Luka’s voice held a soft tone, trying to avoid seeming demanding. “Two adults, a man dressed in a green scarf and a woman with a red coat. Both talented in larger swords. One fast on his feet, and the other simply powerful in her strike.” Luka gulped again, scared to hear the answer.
  14. Kai “Sorry, can’t let you do that, Ice Beam!” The jewel on the Starmie’s center began to glow a blue color as ice began to form in front of it. “Take aim and push the Dodrio out of the way.” The ice crystal began to shoot a white stream of cold energy at the Dodrio, aimed to strike at the side and push it away from its target. Action: Ice Beam to push the Dodrio back with 234 Special Power
  15. Trying to stop himself from punching Gael's body in the head, Luka jumped onto Ecquis’s Wyvern, riding along with the rest of the group to safety. “Man, that took a lot longer than it needed to.” Luka let out a sigh of relief. “Good thing we got out of that safely.” Though, I’d loved to have taken a peek into some of those treasure chests around. Eventually the long escape ended, and Luka’s legs felt a bit shaky as he got back onto flat ground. Something for him to learn to be better with later. Pegasi lessons weren’t something he probably should worry about for now. Luka walked over to some of the tents, his hands reflexively messing with the fabric walls slightly. He had seen Keagen pitching tents earlier and had wanted to speak to him. Luka found who he was looking for putting up one of the larger tents. “Hey, Keagan.” Luka waved towards him, trying to get his attention. The dancer gulped, remembering what he wanted to ask. “You wouldn’t happen to know anything about the war drafts, would you?”
  16. "Let's get this over with, already!" Luka made his way behind the front, calling his allies' attention to him. Move to J19 and dance Ecquis and Klaren
  17. Kai With the Dodrio quickly shooting a strike towards her, Kai brought her arms up to shield herself in whatever way possible. Nearly hitting her forehead with it, she noticed the gold and white Aether Ball within her hand, having materialized earlier. Without bothering to check what was inside, she quickly tossed the ball down, revealing its contents. From the Aether Ball, a violet sea star creature with a second set of arms behind it, spinning around as it stood up with the front set of arms. The red gem shone brightly as it waved around side-to-side. Kai quickly recognized the creature as a Starmie.
  18. In terms of choices, I'd say this choice... is what you should aim for as a minimum. I personally don't think the first or second option are really good choices. If you can do it, I'd be very impressed and would greatly commend you. Good luck in that endeavor, if you do attempt to do so.
  19. Do I say "Personal opinion" too much?

  20. Kai Kai watched the ring turn orange underneath her, stumbling backwards as she her initials appear. Her A-Comm vibrated uncomfortably in her left pocket as she stood up. Kai was surprised to see the ring follow her every movements, jumping around to watch it move. “Alright.” The girl said in response to the black-haired boy nearby. Kai twirled herself around, ponytail swinging with her. “Let’s go, everyone!” Stretching her arm out, she pointed out towards the Dodrio, waiting for the rest to join her.
  21. “Move faster already, I don’t want to get captured!” Luka dashed north east, quickly reaching for his scarf back from Hoshiko’s shin. “C’mon, Hoshiko, we need to get moving.” With a wave to Ecquis, he tried to get his attention. “You too, Mayanna!” Spinning around to get his scarf on, Luka began a dance for the two. Move to I16 and dance Hoshiko and Mayanna
  22. Karik grabbed a few twigs from the ground near some trees nearby, handing them over to Madante for some fire wood. Tossing his axe, club, and hatchet to the side, Karik sat down beside the fire, next to Madante. Karik looked down on his red cloak. His only personal garment for so long, it had been a miracle that it’d still in a good enough shape to at least be wearable. Still, it wouldn’t be long before it’d need to be replaced with a new set of clothes for him. Of course, clothes did cost money, which the young one didn’t exactly have easy access to at the moment. Shaking his head, Karik looked for something to take his attention. “Huh, I got this from one of the enemy swordsman.” Karik spoke to no one in particular as he took out the sizable blade he had on him. A part of him wanted to try wielding it, maybe playing around with it now. Karik shook his head, disagreeing with himself. “Eh, Aye’d bet some idiot would hurt their shoulder using weapons they dunno how to use.” Stabbing the sword into the soil, Karik watched Madante set up sparks.
  23. “Nah, not really.” Karik looked down at the ground, thinking about the words of the Lancer. “That’s not how I like to go.” Looking towards the forests, Karik snuck away into the trees, making sure he wasn’t in vision of any of the other bandits. Checking to make sure the man didn’t have any hidden weapons on him, Karik let him back on his feet, pointing towards the south-west. Karik had a small smile on his face as he directed the Lancer. “None of us are gonna fight someone without a weapon.” "Well, most of us, anyway" Karik nodded his head as he spoke. “None of the bandits will come after you if you sneak away now. Get out while you still can.” Move to U15 and drop the Soldier
