I will have to say, in neither this game nor Reborn do you have to have perfectly IVd/EVd mons. Its perfectly possbile to beat both games with "terrible" mons. I had a Swanna and Exploud on my main Reborn team. Its just a matter of strategy. For this go for Normal Difficulty.

Its not either of those. It is a sparkling thing on the ground, right of the main doors, behind the hedge. There is a hidden entrance in the hedge on the same side.

Its there as long as you are on the most recent patch. Its completely possible to get each of the starters to show up in under two hours (I did at least). You are just having bad luck.

You must just be having terrible luck, because I have had each one of the jackpot starters pop up in easily less than 3 hours when i most recently did it. And the point of them being so rare is because they aren't standard starters, if you really want to get one you'll try to. In the case of Eevee, it is probably one of the best starters for the early game, because you can easily get an Espeon or Sylveon before the first gym (same with Riolu really), which is another reason why the chances are so rare.

I believe the most recent patch fixes this. You must not be updated completely.

You cannot trade in rejuv. Also there are plenty of good early game mons in rejuv to get.

As long as you are on the most recent patch, you are fine. And Axew was (ironically) axed, as the previous comment says.

They are pretty rare yes, but if you are using an outdated version then they will not appear at all, so make sure you are updated, as said.
