  1. Those moments I actually wanted to search the forums and accidently use the "what's on your mind"-thingy

    1. Spineblade

      Spineblade

Happens to everyone at some point, we feel you

    2. Juniper

      Juniper

I don't remember it happening to me, but I feel like it has.

I always like seeing things like "Rejuvenation" or "Dawn stone location" in statuses..

  2. Damn, that was too easy. No, I'm on e15. Apart from using earlier versions, there's no way to breed moves such as Ice Beam etc., is there? I don't have e12 on my computer. Well, thanks anyways
  3. Instead of opening a new thread, I figured, I'd just post my question here. So, there's my problem: I'm working on breeding myself a feebas with scald, ice beam, dragon pulse... now I'm stuck within the first step: I have a male Panpour with scald and tried breeding it with a female wooper (no special attacks or anything) to obtain a male wooper with scald. It doesn't work, I get the eggs, I get the Wooper but without scald. Did I miss anything?
  4. Pumpkaboo can be found in Goldenleaf Town in the area with the pretty high grass leading to the at-least-for-me-now-locked house-thingy.
  5. Personally, I started with rejuvenation, mainly because that was the game I found first (yeah, I actually managed to find rejuvenation on the reborn forums before I found reborn and realized later I was looking at the site referring to the game my boyfriend played atm), Anyways, there's no real advice to give I believe. If you've got a hell of a lot of time, go for reborn - because you will need that and it won't disappoint you. If you've got a lot of time but not actually a real lot, go for rejuvenation - because it's just eight badges yet and it won't disappoint you either. In Reborn most secrets are found by the community, there are a whole bunch of nice videos on youtube explaining how to get those event 'mons. You don't have that in rejuvenation just yet (and I don't know how many secrets there actually are - if any - that get close to the ridiculousnes of some of those in reborn *yeah, I'm looking at you, beldum*). Both storys are awesome, both games get you hooked up. I also like the sprites and the general look of rejuvenation a little more, but seriously, you won't care for long. Anyhow: Just download both - there's always the chance some pokemon get axed in the next version ;P
  6. Got it, thanks, I seem to have forgotten I'm allowed to use waterfall
  7. I'm stuck right in the beginning of ep 15. Where do I need to go / to whom do I need to speak in order to go on? I tried speaking to the gym leaders in the agate circus gym, talking to every important person in the town where the fire-gym-leader was, went to the ice city (and didn't really do anything there because of absolute cluelessness). Also I'm able to leave Agate Circus - I thought that shouldn't be possible? Thanks in advance
  8. If I remember correctly he only needs two each time he asks you. Afterwards he should build a trampoline to bring you to the next area. It's also always the same, one machine on the right side and one on the left. You need to fight two trainers for some parts - they should be in the next room when you "run into the wall". When I did the last quest the first time, I got stuck. However, this wasn't repeatable, so I figured it wasn't a great concern. So if you found two parts and he doesn't do anything with it - maybe something got broken?
  9. I picked Snivy both in reborn and rejuvenation and I'm perfectly content. Sure, it kinda sucks in the beginning of the game, but after a while (especially after it learned leaf storm) it's incredibly fast, hard to kill and can, if nothing else at least use leech seed. Speed-Boost-Bulk-Up-Blaziken seems to be awesome as well I'd admit. But I don't like it anyways .
  10. I believe there's only one (of course I can't really know for sure). You'll stumble over it - really, it's hard to miss, but it has only been added in the latest episode.
  11. Thanks you guys! Finally beat Angie, Hitmonlee was awesome (Eventhough Close Combat missed Glaceon a total of three times and I needed to use a Revive and Ether ). Rock-Climb and Last-Help-Center-Time!
  12. ty. I guess, I'll try it with Hitmonlee tomorrow. Also I actually did catch a Klang (cause it's been quite helpful in reborn and I figured it might be in rejuvenation as well) just didn't bother to mention it - so if the hitmonlee-thing doesn't work out I'll include it as well. Also got the Magnemite from the helpquests... so there might be some options... Can I use rock-climb before beating Angie? I thought that wasn't possible.
  13. Gym: Angie [Greninja] | [53] [None] [Protean] [Modest] - Surf - Water Pulse - Substitute - Extracensory [Pangoro] | [53] [Quick Claw] [scrappy] [Adamant] - Parting Shot - Bulk Up - Sky Uppercut - Crunch [Crobat] | [52] [None] [infiltrator] [Adamant] - Acrobatics - Confuse Ray - Poison Fang - Haze [Ampharos] | [53] [None] [static] [Modest] - Thunder Wave - Confuse Ray - Signal Beam - Discharge [Delphox] | [53] [None] [Magician] [Modest] - Will-o-Wisp - Flamethrower - Psychic - Psyshock [serperior] | [53] [Rose Incense] [Contrary] [Timid] - Leaf Blade - Giga Drain - Leech Seed - Wring Out _________________________ In the Box: [Jumpluff] | [51] [None] [Chlorophyll] [Adamant] - Leech Seed - Sleep Powder - Acrobatics - U-Turn [Garbodor] | [55] [None] [Weak Armor] [Naive] - Toxic - Toxic Spikes - Acid Spray - Gunk Shot I've got a pretty bad Ice-Weakness as I learned painfully. Tried to wait for the Toxic Spikes to do some help with the killing, but most of the time Angie's Pokes just OHKO me. I get past the Mamoswine and the Abomasnow with Pangoro. Crobat is good to Confuse her Pokes but gets - obviously - OHKOed whenever he takes a hit. Serperior is fast to Leech Seed two of her Pokemon because he's able to take one Ice Shard.Greninja also manages to hit her (quite hard as well). I'm thinking about getting something with Flame Burst to break the field and give some more strength to greninja or breaking it with earthquake if possible at all. Other than that I'm seriously frustrated.
  14. Angie is hell. My Attacks keep missing a lot no matter if it still hails or not - I also don't see a chance to break the field. I managed to slow-kill the Aurorus with toxic (garbodor manages to use toxic spikes two times before he's killed of by those stupid earth quakes) - still, afterwards about every pokemon Angie has left (except for mamoswine and abomasnow which are - if I'm lucky - taken care of by Pangoro with Quick Claw (if his attacks don't miss at least)) OHKO everything i have left. Serperior obviously is of no use at all. My whole "strategy" seems to be based on utter luck... I'm frustrated... as to say: I'd love to help you - instead I can only suffer by your side
  15. You need to find a bright red stone (pretty close to the cave-entrance from route 2) and touch it. Have fun!
  16. For me the difficulty of the game always skyrockets when I reach the normal gym - meaning: don't feel too bad for having problems . I believe I leech-seeded the swellow and afterwards my swalot managed to take a few hits (stock-piled three times, used a few potions, acid-sprayed it and waited for it to die). I also got a Pangoro, teached it bulk up and killed of the rest of the team (except for the fairy-type mon at the beginning). Swellow is pretty horrible (reminds me of the normal type leader in reborn )
  17. She's the happiness checker and always crashes the game for the time being. Don't talk to her again
  18. Agreed. I decided to try Oshawott in order not to use the froakie again as a water type. Bad idea, the only thing he managed to do was killing of Vulnona + Houndoom using rain dance + surf. Other than that he simply is too fucking horrible and I'm better of with no water thingy at all (and I just realised he doesn't learn literally anything usefull as a special attacker)
  19. Version 5 is still telling me, I've reached the end of version 4 when I beat the water gym leader?
  20. I'm just replaying rejuvenation in order to have serperior ('cause I love serperior since I chose it in reborn), some stuff I noticed: Poor Ren seems to be stuck and made invisible by the galvantula. this does not disappear after using (which was nice after the battle but is otherwise rather pointless )
  21. Jan said there was no move deleter yet (but it will obviously be included), you can find a relearner, but there has been a quest included before you get access since ep 5. For the difficulty: You can't change it anymore in game, however, you can choose the difficulty now in the beginning.
  22. I believe the toxicroak is actually shadow so he won't be able to purify it yet - hence: No Toxicroak for living keta. I got myself a Hoppip, trained it to level 28 (without evolving it learns acrobatics) which helped me a lot (and seriously, I'm still sticking to jumpluff - sleeppowder-leechseed-uturn is awesome). Also I trained a geodude for the Medicham, letting it kill my water penguin with thunderpunch aaaand geodude out - no damage possible (since he has choice band). For the Lucario, Litleo helped me out a lot. Edit to praise Jumpluff: I actually only managed to beat the litwick-event-fights in a row without dying solely because of jumpluff. Never thought a pokemon like that could be that useful. Edit 2: Just realised the Medicham-Thing only was my plan since it decided to use detect (With choice band + his last mon, REALLY stupid).
