  1. Who needs terrorists to tear apart society when your own police accomplish the same task, if not better? Smh American "justice" system is a farce filled to the brim with cowards, thugs, liars, and selfish fools who only care about themselves.

  2. I'm sorry but your assertion that vanllite line shouldn't exist is downright asinine. Pokemon are NOT animals. They do not work on the same biology and do not operate in the same way. Yes there are animal like pokemon, but they're called Pocket monsters and not pocket animals for a reason. Monsters in every culture around the world take on many a form, so really there's very little limit as to what a pokemon "should"be. in Japanese mythology especially there's a whole plethora of monsters with unusual forms, such as one legged hopping umbrellas and evil sandals for example.Remember that pokemon is a Japanese series, so while for people outside Japan it may seem weird it's actually pretty old thing there to have object-themed monsters. I feel that as long as they can make it feel believable within the context of the pokemon world, a pokemon's design basis can be pretty much anything. Another thing about Vanillite is that in the pokemon world it's ice cream that was based around it, not the other way around(though obviously it's based off ice cream IRL), so it technically didn't "evolve" into something that resembles food. Plus Vanillite isn't made of ice cream literally, it's a little ice elemental with snow on top that's stylized to resemble it. I don't get why people think so lowly of Vanillite(and worse call it unoriginal, despite it being more original than fan favorite Tyrantrum whose simply a literal interpretation of a T-rex and while a good design is pretty shallow and straightforward) when it actually does a pretty good job of making its basis work within context of the game's world.
  3. ^I think the lesser starter think is why every rival uses an early bird line. It's arguably become Blue's signature mon even. I do love the idea of starly line being the flying starter though. I feel out of all the early birds, they feel most in-game friendly.
  4. Delta Zoroark: Dark/Fairy Zoroark's fur has become a brilliant white while its mane has turned into a purplish hue and is further elongated, . The "paintbrush" tip now oozes with a scarlet mystical energy, which appears to have the ability to distort reality and "paint" illusions. Zoroark 's arms have grown violet fur which flow loosely, and it face has gathered a few more red markings. Its nails have become longer and sharper as well. When painting illusions, Delta Zoroark moves as if it's dancing, completely enchanting any within its vicinity. I really like Zoroark and I'm awaiting the day we get a true mega or evolved form. I wanted to play off its "paintbrush ponytail" more in Delta Zoroark's design. I picked fairy as the secondary typing because fairies are associated with trickery and magic, both are which Zoroark is heavily about. 5. Reboot Type: Normal Status BP: ---- PP: 10 acc:---- The user resets its operating systems, wiping away any of its current stat buffs/debuffs and removing status ailments. Learned by: Porygon/2/Z, Genesect Terra Shift Type: Ground Status BP--- PP: 5 acc: ---- The user shifts the battlefield's terrain, switching the current field hazards between players. For example, if the user's side has stealth rocks + 2 spike layers and the opponent has toxic spikes, after using terra switch the user's side would get the toxic spikes and the opponent would end up with rocks + spikes. Note that using terra switch does not activate the hazards' damaging effects, the new hazards are still limited to taking effect on switch in. Learned by: Torterra, Tyranitar, Groudon, Regigigas,
  6. Wow Zootopia was fantastic. Don't think Dory can match it TBH

  7. Takes control means it takes the substitute away from the opponent and uses it as your own. They can't make another one until the one from before is destroyed. Now a different pokemon on the opponent's team could make one(but not the same pokemon, even if they switched out and came back in, because you still have THAT pokemon's particular substitute) and if you already have a substitute out on your side, stolen or created, this move will fail if used, obviously. If you baton pass the stolen substitute, it will still act as if the sub was stolen on whoever you pass to. For example: You have Mismagius vs whimsicott. Whimsicott uses substitute, and you use Puppeteer. Her sub is "stolen" from her and is used for Mismagius now, leaving whimsicott not only open, but unable to create another sub since she already has one on the field. Now if she destroys said sub then she'll be able to make another one, but until then she's subless, even if she switches out and switches back in, as long as that stolen sub remains on the field. Knocking whimsicott out won't remove the sub either, it has to be destroyed, or mismagius would have to switch out, which erases the stolen sub like it would any other. Hopefully it's clear now, yeah my previous description was a bit vague. Solar Blade Type: Grass BP: 100(normal weather),120(sunlight), 50(hail, rain, sandstorm), 30(heavy rain), 150(harsh sun) PP: 10 Acc: 95 Physical(contact) The user manifest the solar energy absorbed in its body into a spectacular blade of intense sunlight and strikes the foe. This move has a 10% chance of inflicting burn. The weather affects the intensity of the attack: in clear weather, sandstorm, and hail it affects single targets; in sunny weather the blade hits adjacent enemies and in harsh sun it hits all enemies and has a 30% chance of burning. In rain and heavy rain, it cannot burn enemies at all. Learned by: Leafeon, Sunflora, Virizion, Leavanny, Sceptile, Shiftry, Solgaleo Warmth Type: fire Status BP---- PP: 20 Acc: ----- The user radiates a gentle heat from a small flame, defrosting any allies while preventing freeze and negating hail damage so long as the user is in battle. Learned by: boldore/gigalith, carbink, diancie, Onix, Regice, Avalugg.Cryogonal Cable Whip type: electric physical(contact) BP: 110 PP: 10 Acc: 85% The user lashes full force with an electrified whip. This move has a 20% chance of knocking off an opponent's item. Learned by: electricvire, Raichu, Eeelektross, Thunderus,
  8. Beatdown type: dark Physical(makes contact) BP: 90 PP: 10 Acc:100 The user holds down the foe and has an ally beat them up, using their attack stat to determine damage. In singles the user chooses a random non-KO'd ally, in doubles it uses its current teammate instead(unless its teammate was just KO'd in which then it chooses a random ally). In triples and rotations, the teamate with the current higher attack stat is chosen. If the user is the only pokemon left, this attack will fail. Learned By: Scraggy/scrafty, Pangoro, Murkrow/Honchkrow, pawniard/Bisharp, poocheyna/Mightyena, Nuzleaf/shiftry, Durant, Krokorok/Krookadile, Houndour/Houndoom, croagunk/toxicroak, purrloin/Liepard, Meowth/Persian Riposte type: fighting Physical(makes contact) BP:---- PP: 5 Acc: ---- The user takes a defensive stance. If the opponent attacks with a physical contact move, the user parries the attack and counterattacks, causing the opponent's move to fail completely and receive 75% of the damage the attack would've inflicted. learned by: Keldeo, Cobalion, Virizion, Terrakion, Gallade, Samurott, Farfetch'd, Escavalier, doublade Suplex type: fighting Physical(makes contact) BP: 95 PP: 15 Acc: 100 The user delivers a devastating suplex to the opponent. Has a 10% chance of inflicting paralysis. Learned by: Machop/Machoke/Machamp, Hawlucha, Heracross, Throh, pignite/emboar, Puppeteer type: psychic status(no contact) BP:---- PP: 10 Acc:----- The user employs psycho manipulation to take control of an enemy's substitute. The opponent cannot make another one until the controlled substitute is destroyed Learned by: shuppet/banette, grumpig, Malamar, elgyem/Beeheyem, Drowzee/Hypno, Jynx, Zorua/Zoroark, Mismagius, Mr.Mime, Gothita/Gothrita/Gothitelle, Spiritomb, Duskull/Dusclops/Dusknoir, Cofagrigus, Azelf, Clobber type: fighting Physical(no contact) BP: 110 PP: 10 Acc: 95% The user clobbers the opponent with a pair of heavy objects. This move loses power when used on the same opponent multiple times, being reduced by 20 BP each time. If the opponent switches out or faints, the counter is reset. Learned by: Conkledurr
  9. This jerk right here, in D/P. Swarm, in the middle of a sandstorm, and all it knows is how to hurt itself. I recall it taking a stupid amount of balls to capture. That 3 catch rate is so so wrong.
  10. I'm going to give the Witcher 3 a try this weekend. I found the witcher 2 pretty uninteresting, but this is suppose to be a great game.

  11. People pulling the "killing = evil" thing again I see. Killing terrorists(which essentially is what Meteor are) =/= evil in itself.Calling titania/saphira villains because they killed meteor members just doesn't sit right with me.
  12. I just blacked out against that fight girl in X version's mirror cave. Why is she the hardest fight in the game!!?

    1. ShadowStar

      Hawlucha girl? Mhm..

Yup. Throh with bulldoze and hawlucha with rock tomb is no good for a mono fire run.

  13. Hail gives an increase to freeze percentage too I think. Or maybe it doesn't. Also I disagree about the dunsparce/drampa connection. The similarities are superficial at most and it they're not even as apparent as the supporters of that theory are making them to be. Not to mention drampa loses all of dunsparce's major design themes save for the wings, which aren't even all that similar.
  14. Yeah mine too. He's such a jerk, even moreso than Fern, but man he's hilarious. He's got style too and his ice team is actually pretty challenging if you don't have the right pokemon.
  15. The suit looks nice but Urien has the body of a god, we better get classic manservice Urien back.
  16. 3 losses is too much for me. I'm sitting this week out.
  17. I feel like it's pretty silly to be complaining about pikaclones at this point. It's like complaining about legendaries or early birds, it's rather silly since it's become a tradition for the series proper. You know it's going to come, and what kind of pokemon it'll end up being, yet people still go "ur not another pikaclone make it stahp" like seriously? Even if you don't like pikaclones it shouldn't be a surprise or some great offense anymore and it's not stopping anytime soon.
  18. Some users here could easily have people IRL jailed considering their experiences, so the whole drama on ReBorn is actually a bit true. idk what it is about pokemon but it frankly attracts some rather diverse people with colorful experiences in both good and bad ways. Let's not forget the kiddie porn scandal with bulbapedia(or was it garden?)a while back. When you get crazy stuff like that happening there, the stuff mentioned on Reborn just seems a little less unbelievable. Just a tad. It's one of those cases where reality can seem stranger than fiction. But lol what was Radomus arrested for? That's kind of funny. Probably drugs if his mad hatter basis is anything to go by.
  19. New pokemon leaked. I've been waiting for this!!!

      EVERYONE HAS! lol ;)

  20. So Gaf has a thread which apparently has some leaked mons from 4chan. Seems legit too. IMO they all look awesome. The new pikaclone's tail seems placed incorrectly but otherwise it's adorable. Tapu kako or whatever that thing mentioned in the demo looks pretty badass. Drampa is probably my favorite, and we have a look at what could be grubbin's evolved form(which looks pretty sick). I even like Bruxish, and its ability appears to stop priority moves? Nice. So far these new pokemon have a lot of flair and look excellent. If we have a nice number of fresh mons this could possibly outdo gen 5 for me. It's already outdoing Kalos personally.
  21. Yeah one would think the sigmund thing got a news story or something yet didn't which does raise a red flag for me. I asked before if it was made-up yet ame acted like it was real so idk. That one seems a little farfetch'd, it's possible that Real life sigmund was a psychologist dude who supervised some orphans RP on some site but otherwise didn't do the other and just went with the role to better bond with his patients. The ECT stuff seems so bizarre and like you mentioned, it should be mentioned somewhere on the internet. Though admittedly there's plenty of messed up stuff that doesn't get recorded or reported by authorities. It just seems too weird otherwise.
  22. Bennet is the one that I kind of want to know more about. Did he have an E-thing for luna?
  23. Blake's blurb cracks me up, it's like some WWE stuff. I DON'T PLAY NICE, I PLAY ICE like omg this guy.
  24. Looking at that s1 page, ever notice how most of the leaders got all emo and sad? They started off smiling then ended up sad or mean. I asked about this before as well. Supposedly Fern was kind of a scrub, and would do things like disconnect mid match purposely and such, though he got better later on. Heather's dad really did commit suicide, and she became very withdrawn afterwards. Sigmund, somewhat disturbingly, did try out ECT on kids at his orphanage, supposedly he got caught by the police eventually. That one was so bizarre that it almost seemed like an RP, especially the way sapphira posted about it, but Reborn frankly had(and still has) people with a lot of issues. Also elias signed up for the league to get in touch with luna, his daughter. I'm not sure if luna really ran away but I know the elias/luna thing has some real basis. Kiki died IRL do to some disease she had. Either that or she got so sick she couldn't participate anymore.
  25. If only I hadn't switched out...I thought you were going to go for a HJK. GGs yeah, pursuit on krooks was pretty cool. I was kind of hoping granbull's EQ would've KO'd, but you got a bad roll and it threw me off lol.
