I had an easier time than I probably should have with Connor, because Spheal learns Brine at an early level. He should be challenging for most people otherwise though, with Drought Vulpix and a Fletchinder that knows Acrobatics.

Second starter = you can choose one of the Gen 1-6 from the professor later on, near the end of the current version. Before then, you take a quiz and get a Pokemon based on your answers (I think someone posted a list of the possible starters earlier in the thread).

I'm near the end (I think) and it's really neat so far. I like the Terra and Madame X dolls, the starter quiz (I got Spheal ), and the island adventure. Three minor bugs/issues not already mentioned -The first time you enter the jungle, you're immediately taken back to the beach when the screen flashes white. -People call you "he" regardless of which gender you play as -Connor's badge is in the second badge slot on the trainer card instead of the first
