    Whether its people who only watched DM as a kid and view it through nostalgia goggles or people who have not seen the others. there are always people who will argue with you till you give up on the "fact" that Duel Monsters is the best Yugioh anime and that none of the spin-offs even got close to matching its quality. but... Is it true that Duel Monsters is the best of all the 5 (not counting Vrains because it's still ongoing and it can still shit the bed) we've had so far? Let's discus this!

    another reason why Vrains would be excluded is (I think) that Vrain's doesn't really have a roster big enough for it to really be lengthy

    Gonna toss this into the air again because I didn;t yet have enough people. Anyone interesting in joining a Yugioh club? It will focus on everything under the name. The Anime, the manga, games, the tcg, the OCG, Duel Links (counting that aside from games because Duel Links is greatly unlike most Yugioh games).

    I would suggest you remove one of your two topics that ask the exact same thing. If you don't get an answer "fast enough", making another topic asking the exact same thing won't speed it up. It might give the exact opposite effect, in fact.

    Insurgence has a level cap? I never f*cking knew that... I legit never even hit the cap once

    Infinite is not needed for a safety net, but there have been many moments where I was happy I stacked up on them because (for example for the home invasion where you battle with Florinia). Also, I personally think that the common candy + level cap mechanic's make reborn as good as it is because while the candies make it easier to manage the level cap it's still not at all easy depending on your team. And I never mentioned the word Favorite, did I? I said: " mons you wanna use ". It can be pretty hard to change your team up when for example you're taking on Team Meteor in their base in Tanzan Mountain (Yes, I know you can do it because you can just go back to the mansion), and then the Common Candies shine.

    I see your point. however, I also take into consideration that there are people who don't know about the level cap and easily hit it regardless of grinding. The candies are a safety net so you can keep using the mons you wanna use without having to switch it out for something else once it hits the cap

    the recap idea seems like a bad one to me. you know how everyone loves Recap episodes in anime and such? well for people who are completely up to date it will be more of an annoyance than a good addition (like with the diary function in frlg and dppt). I'm 100% for the bad searching and the PC option tho

    maybe what I'm about to say is a great idea, maybe it's terrible. not sure if anyone tried this already but if not I'm happy to lead this idea:

    Yang Zing Topologic. Using the floating of Yang Zing monsters and some revival  cards to use Topologic Bomber Dragon's nuke effect while also setting yourself up for more Link or synchro plays.

      that will be the hard part. Yang Zing creation could help with it, and there are probably some Link 2 monsters that can work with it. But the second Topologic hits the field... well to say "shit has hit the fan" might be accurate
