  1. I'll just drop it. There wasn't anything other than Foul Play that I would have wanted anyway. Arm Thrust, Tackle, Leer.
  2. Name: Helene "White" LeBlanc Age:14 Hometown: Shalour City [Kalos] Program: Trainer Faction: Student Appearance: Helene is around 4'9" in height, and noticeably athletic in build for a young teen. Her sandy blonde hair will almost always be seen in a simple ponytail, with a headband holding the hair above her forehead out of her eyes, a la tennis player. Helene continues the tennis player trend throughout the rest of her outfit whenever not dressed in school attire, with athletic fabric composing her tank and skirt. She prefers no-show socks and a good pair of running or tennis shoes to round out her casual outfit. Her eyes are brown, and her facial composition is almost doll-like, lacking dimples unless she's grinning particularly wide for whatever reason. Personality: Helene is a genuinely walk-first, talk-afterwards kind of person. Instead of taking verbal abuse and throwing it back with words, she'll oblige to action and usually will silence the antagonist there. Aside from that, Helene will seem asocial, opting to dream, think, and assess her environment inwardly. She usually is the one answering questions aimed at her, as opposed to asking them herself - but she is not afraid of responding to prompts. She is calm, cool, and collected - noticeably hard to rattle in most situations. The most positive trait about her is her undying loyalty, and her most negative trait is being impersonal at times. Starter: Pancham (Level 8) -Fighting- - Tackle, Leer, Arm Thrust, Foul Play (egg move) Backstory: Born in the Kalos region to a wealthy family, Helene arrives at Ymora not expecting to make friends and only in trying to get high marks. She has had everything she has ever needed to succeed in Kalos, and is somewhat pampered in that regard. Before going to the Academy, she has always had help, and said help has made her itch to accomplish things on her own. Aside from her wealthy upbringing, "White" has always been an only child with a lot of expectation put on her shoulders. Not only has she little experience of doing something herself, but she has all of the spotlight shining on her back home... Shalour was a haven for Fighting type Pokemon, and Pancham is one of the Kalosian representatives of the type. The Pancham was never caught with a Pokeball, and has followed Helene since they encountered one another. Pancham provided Helene with a goal she could call her own, no matter how much her parents wanted to claim the accolades for her success. In many ways, Pancham was the driving factor for Helene going to Ymora.
  3. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-273324642 In today's match, Chesnaught proves he's better than Mega Latias and friends. (Sorry Skitty, this may not be appropriate for birthday viewing.)
  4. ^ It sounds like your just mad because U-Dubb doesn't give their athletes as much free swag. :] So, this hasn't been a kind year to the SEC. Tenessee and Arkansas dropped games to Big 12 foes, Missouri should have gone to OT against a feisty UConn squad at home (9 to 6?....is this a baseball game?) Bama has a loss now, and the bastion of the conference is now between Ole Miss (who hasn't been near the top for a while.) and LSU, who we're not sure is quite there yet save for the defense, the home venue, and Fournette. The next two candidates are Georgia, who may have only JUST NOW solved a QB issue, and Texas A&M, who I still see as a Big 12 foe. The Big 10 seems to be very, very, very top heavy. Ohio State should have no problems until Michigan State, and Michigan State should be able to cruise to the OSU game as well. Watch out for Northwestern, who looks really good after their win over Stanford got some praise following the Tree's win over USC, and Michigan, who seems to be finding it's way under Jim Harbaugh - This years Mich-OSU game will be a doozie. The Big 12 is the deepest conference in talent, with offenses like Texas Tech's and Baylor's running around, as well as hidden defensive gems like West Virginia and Oklahoma State lurking. The first conference game that should be drawing interest in the field of seven "hopefuls" is TCU's visit to Lubbock to take on the upstart Red Raiders. This would normally not be too much of a problem for the Horned Frogs - except their defense has lost FIVE starters to the injury bug, while Tech's capable of staying in shootouts and an 80 point DRUBBING is there to exact revenge for. The ACC is a confusing conference. Florida State looks to catch a lot of breaks, Clemson looks like the "best" team although hasn't really been tested, and Georgia Tech proved that it wasn't as salty as it should have been. and the Pac-12 looks to be back to normal following Troy's collapse, with the Ducks leading the flock.
  5. Ole Miss jumped all the way into the current Playoff Bracket (3rd) in the Associated Press Poll, and the top of the bubble on the Coaches Poll (5th) Even more surprisingly, Alabama was reasonably bounced all the way down to 12th, under the notion that the Tide have the best loss and are the best one-loss team in the country. Oregon is sitting at 13th Personally, I think the Ducks going ON THE ROAD to Michigan State and playing BETTER THAN EXPECTED in the game is indicative of Oregon holding the better loss than Bama. There seems to be some forgiveness to the Crimson Tide here - who lost in front of a friendly crowd in Tuscaloosa and the pundits in Vegas in their back pocket. I would have Oregon 12th and 'Bama behind them.
  6. Priorities should always be Work Hard, THEN Play Hard. > Attend Classes; Do Assignments before deadline After doing the University things that you're supposed to be doing, the next priority should be taking care of yourself. > School, Homework > Sleep, Eat, Bathe, Pay any living expenses, Save Money After getting working and living under your belt, start off with small ball on the social game, and avoid spending money where you can. > School, Homework > Personal Care > On-Campus activities (Intramural Sports, Interest Clubs, Study Groups, Campus Worship) While balencing light socialization, school, and living, you should be able to find your free time to be alone and relax. > School, Homework (and WORK if you do.) > Personal Care > Light Socialization > Anime, Video Gaming, Phoning your parents NEVER actively go for love interests. Period. Your romantic life should always evolve out of circumstance in college. If you are given an opportunity and your light socializing causes you to be interested in someone, be sure to use that socialization to learn about what they want as well as about that person before you rush into a higher pursuit mode. If you find something you absolutely love being a part of, join an extracurricular after you get the above list of priorities top-down down-pat. Hope this helps!

  8. My greatest moment was beating Kiki - who in previous episodes made me come back over and over and over again, along with Krookodile learning EQ.
  9. Seriously. Kudos to all of the contestants who stuck with it and found themselves on the bracket! And to all of you, thank you so much for participating! I love you guys. I'm personally rooting for all of the Red names, as well as Sparky and AuthorReborn.
  10. CAL IS PLAYING TEXAS. HELL YEAH GOLDEN BEARS. I was talking about UCLA in my post, matey.
  11. Saturday numero tres, viva la gameday... Ole Miss over Alabama Alabama's biggest hope winning today is the Tuscaloosa crowd, because Ole Miss is probably the best looking SEC team in the nation. The FPI gives the Rebs an advantage in this game due to it's shockingly efficient offense under Bo Wallace replacement Chad Kelly. The Tide also have to contend with one of the fastest defenses they will see all year. All that being said, the Rebels have not been "tested" like 'Bama has. I'm picking Hotty Toddy over Saban Nation simply because I don't like anything about Alabama. Roll Tears Roll. Georgia Tech over Notre Dame There won't be any luck for the Irish today unless they have the same juice Ohio State's back-up quarterbacks had last season. Tech is bring the most deadly Triple Option offense into this game, and is the best looking ACC team so far this season. Given how well Virginia played offensively against Notre Dame last week, the defense will need to feed off of the South Bend crowd to keep their undefeated season alive another week, and the option is an absolute nightmare to defend if it's on point. Louisiana State over Auburn LSU is not Jacksonville State. Auburn is not playing at Jordan-Hare. Leonard Fournette is on my Heisman Watch List. Auburn remaining in the top 25 after this game is a long shot, and this battle of ranked teams won't even be that close, but I can't be wrong, because the Tigers will for sure win this game. BRIGHAM YOUNG over California - Los Angeles My ranked vs ranked upset bid this week is the Hail Mary Mormons keeping their immaculate playoff resume on track and the Cougars on the fast track for busting the College Football Playoff bracket. BYU has a real gamer in it's back-up Tanner Mangham, and UCLA hasn't really been tested enough this pre-season to stand out. That being said, it will be tough for BYU to win on the road against what appears to be a humming Bruin offense.
  12. Oh, okay then. Bear with me, I might literally be terrible at this sort of thing. 1. Yes, I would like to see Ymora be rebooted. 2. I feel like re-using previous PCs should be encouraged if the posters have an arc they feel they want to continue or a new one at the ready. 3. Whatever the majority feels is acceptable. 4. I hope to enjoy being a little creative and get my feet wet with all of this. 5. Do I wait for a character submission thread or something? How do I start?
  13. TFW 7K in parking violations is something one of your best friends pulls.
  14. See: Corey in the House OT. It's an easter egg.
  15. I know in Kalos, one of the Marchionesses (A furisode trainer with Audino) is a female bodybuilder. And yes, there was a transgender implication character there as well.
  16. I have a feeling Zygarde is the only relevant piece of information game-wise. Ash's Greninja looks like a bond based form adaptation for the anime to remind us of how great Ash is............ GardeDog is looking like a pretty interesting RU Pokemon.
